I got a pretty good dealer as my dealer just sold it for nominal fee to a guy who wanted one. I'll try and see how much it was to see if it seems a fair price..... Also you gotta remember its not the best time to get the most money for a bike now as our lovely summer is coming to an end, most people have already bought one.....

Excellent, I got a response today to my asking them to double check the prices due to the info i got from you lot..... Anyway I quote " They have an expedited delivery for $462.49 - looks like approx 4 days ship time and also an express delivery for $711.02 which is approx 2 days ship time" Anyway for two days extra, $250 seems a bit too much. The guy acknowledged the mistake. Shows you don't get if you don't ask!

think to be honest, it still said that they were working through the already registered list primarily anyway, but you could go on a waiting list for dropouts etc. I can't be bothered looking at the website again, but think you might be right in that it was normally at least a year!

I wouldn't even buy a cable from that place. Only thing its good for is to see something in person (assuming they have the stock) then go online and use Kelkoo etc to find it a hell of a lot cheaper. Although they getting wise to that, they tend to change the model numbers (in agreement with manufacturer) to one or digit different or additional suffix code, so that you don't get a direct comparison. You can usually work it out though.....

I haven't got a '06, but just to confirm...... there should be no issue with supply. Two of the dealers on here, supply the unit. One being a main Nissan dealer...... so why should any of the other dealers have an issue. Seems like typical, well you've bought the car now, so they in no rush to sort this out. I think you need to get down there and be strong but polite with explaining the situation? Might be worthwhile printing out the ebay page from Holdcrofts etc as evidence? And just in case, the ones that we have all purchased ARE Nissan items!
