  1. Both funny. Have forwarded them to my yankee chums I'm working with here. I'm down in the boonies south-east of LA in Ontario - there really isn't a lot here, except for hot chicks!
  2. Has anyone seen George recently?
  3. Ahhh, give the guy a break... he was nervous... surprised he's got any worldly goods left anywayz...
  4. I bet you used to pull the legs off spiders when you were little... probably still do...
  5. Sounds wrong to me. Mine doesn't do that... from what I can remember... it's been so long since I drove my Z (five weeks!). BTW, I'm in Staines - are you going to join the South East mafia? We have a rogues gallery of members here... well, Captint is the rogue anyway Welcome!
  6. We went on the same dates last - approx - and it worked out sound as a pound! Apart from the rain in belgium! It was a great run - the lads going are all similar driving temperaments - ie. slightly mental, but not crazily so The nights out were just as good as the track days - in fact, on the track I was quite happy to socialize and spectate and keep my car tucked up in bed all safe. Lots of dollies there.. unfortunately they are usually accompanied by burly blokes
  7. Forgot to add, here's the Eurotunnel's we are travelling on: 26th Select Short Stay Saver 08:00 - 9:59 (9.20 crossing) £64.00 29th Select Short Stay Saver 18:00 - 19:59 (18.50 crossing) £57.00
  8. I had a long standing arrangement to go to the ring with the usual suspects I go with (M3, 2 Scoobies and me) - I know this clashes with the national meet, but just in case anyone fancies a good drive over on Eurotunnel, staying in a lovely spot in Germany (excellent 20min drive to/from Ring) and a few days driving / spectating - let me know by PM and I'll give you the details. As I said, I know it clashes and there's also a planned Euro trip after this - but it was a long standing arrangement I don't want to back out of. Just in case anyone is interested in beer, german women and fast cars (ok, so not necessarily in that order...)...
  9. ...been in the States for over three weeks now... four more to go... missing the Z... though while I've been over here, my dad has been looking after it and has had it @ the dealers to get the head unit replaced (woohoo!, no more skipping CDs!) and the CV joint fixed (took them four hours, and they replaced wheel barings and all sorts apparently). All I need to do now is get the bloody paintwork fixed Seen quite a few "Zees" (as the yankiedoodles call 'em) over here - mostly white or interlagos fire. Only 31 days to go... ..
  10. You are all dirty bitches. It's great!
  11. Och, its the five years I spent in Edinburgh that have had an irreversible effect on me... Working with Weedjies (gadjies?) every day, who travelled down the M8, then having to decipher the Leith accent too - I'm damaged! And I am in CA - its lovely weather here!
  12. Holy sh1t, Ming, I've heard it all now... why haven't you got flashing red/blue lights?
  13. Just passed a dirty purple one in the tunnel over Oakland way and it didnae look too good. The wheels looked awfy small, the front wheel arch sticking out like a sore thumb The one I saw a couple of weeks b4 was nice, but that was all pimped up. edit: for rubbish english
  14. I saw one @ Pier 39 in San Fran a couple weeks back - very strange colour to the eye... is it brown... is it purple... damn, it keeps changin!
  15. March is good - I'll be back in the UK then. Saw a nice Z in SF yesterday - might have been Brickyard colour, but I think it was more "brown" than that. Roadster, nice wheels. Seen another white one with what looks like 20" wheels. Seen loads of corvettes and mercs etc. but only 2 Zs (pronounced Zeeez)
  16. When again? I'm in CA until March.... can't wait to get home
  17. Nice and sunny here in california Bit chilly tho, hit a a low of 60F so had to button my shirt up Beer is keeping me cool tho, only wind round here is coming from my mates backside after a dodgy In'n'Out burger
  18. Dude, what's all that "white stuff" behind the wheel... are you using some "home made" cleaning product?
  19. They sound more like fighting injuries to me Is your missis abusing you?
  20. Are you a windsurfer? I've just picked it up again (went down to the canaries for a spot of sailing last Dec). I think I might have found something else to spend my cash on There's a decent reservoir in Staines (Queen Mary's) that is good for surfing - it's elevated and fookin massive! Think he was just saying thats its bloody windy at the mo Yeah yeah, I just wonder if there's another windysurfer out there that's all
