Indeed, strange tyre sizes. Most common are 245/45/19 and 275/35/19 - these work nicely with the TC. ET20 all round works well with those tyres sizes - it's what we mostly do for them

We sell a lot of wheels for 350Zs The most popular is ET20 front and rear - usually 19", and between 8.5 and 9.5" front, and between 9.5" and 10.5" rear

225 and 245 are well within spec for 8.5" and 9" wheels, there's no stretch going on here so you'll be totally fine

Just to answer a question spotted on here, running spacers is the same as using a lower offset wheel in terms of loads and track etc. If you could find a higher offset wheel that was wide, and filled your arches, you might be in luck, but I will add myself to the list of thinking fitting spacers has just exagerated alignment issues that were likely already there. With regards the effect on ride, the easy way to think about that is levers. If you widen the track to increase the length of the lever on the suspension, so in effect you make it a bit softer, broadly speaking.

I was just thinking about the 315mm kit which works under standard S14 wheels (or some standard S14 wheels at least)

Calipers are, but discs 100% not I would think. I dont have either knocking about to compare any more

Rears are 322mm aren't they? I reckon you might just be lucky, the 4-pot 200SX front calipers with a 315mm disc work just about, and those calipers are a chunk bigger

You can - but we dont really recommend using a gun at all unless you have to, for any nuts, as it can lead to disaster if you get one cross threaded.

Generally our nuts and tools need a 17mm socket to go with them As mentioned most people spot this when installing them, so hopefully wont be stranded... But it's a good one to point out, along with checking you have your locking wheel nut key, when buying a car

Flat 18x8.5: Concave 18x9.5: Dished 19x10.5:

With 18" Rota wheels generally you have a choice: 18x8.5" = Flat Spokes 18x9"/9.5"/10" = Concave spokes The offset has no effect on the spokes

OE nuts for OE wheels generally are no good on aftermarket wheels, as they're larger. For example our nuts generally have a 17mm head or a tool that uses a 17mm head. All Nissans I can think of are M12x1.25, this is specific to the car, not the wheels To be 100% sure which nuts will suit you if you can let me know which wheels you have I can give some more useful advice

They're not too aggressive, they sit just right with 245 and 275 falkens No rubbing and no drama, same setup as the GTRs just a little wider

Failing that there's always Rota Grids in 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 both ET20 and no spacers required

Steelgrey in 19x9.5 and 19x10 ET20 are coming, to test the water Rota are lightweight for cast wheels, we hope one day to have forged wheels in the lineup but currently to date they are all cast

They're not forged, Rota dont yet make Forged wheels. I expect they'll be around 11kg each in 19". We plan on getting ET20 the same as the Grids and GTRs we do, so you can have 245/35 front and 275/35 rear without any problems They'll be a couple of months, we have just ordered them today.

What's people's thoughts on these beasts? 19x9.5 / 19x10 decent offset, concave like that all round... I was thinking getting some in for a bit of a test run to see if they'll be popular... maybe a Steelgrey type colour similar to what's in the picture

Most people would never go for 8.5 on the front, as they're not concave. I would suggest 18x9.5 ET20 front and 18x10 ET15 rear. That will get you a good flush fit, and concave wheels all round. Negative offsets will give you a headache for sure, unless you want to mess with the arches.

The legality is down to the tyres, and whether the car is used on the road like it. In terms of having the wheel stick out like that it's not an issue, the law is concerned with where the tyre tread is - and whether or not it's covered by the arches. The 'correct' tyre size would be 335/30/18 on an 18x12...

Different strokes for different folks It's a 285 tyre on there.

When wheels are made they're tested for the specific PCD. re-drilling them is not something you should do, as it will be untested and the wheel may not have been created with the additional strength available to support this.
