To be fair the give away was how low the wing mirror was really. The zed is pretty low but that is limbo dancing low Try getting into the thing with the roof on when 6'+, it's a delightful experience!!

Ta muchly, will post the pics when they're finished. Been using good ol' Auto Glym Metal polish so far and it's pretty good. The Elise one came up pretty well pretty easily, even on the inside.

Didn't they start checking the rest of the components, like the amps, wire and speaker itself?! There's quite a few bits for it to go through once the signal has left the head unit.......

It seems Carlimits is only in Essex. Could possibly try and do it for a Monday and drive down and get a travel tavern of some sort for a few quid? Just think of the drive back practising all you've learnt!!

Must've been something in the air yesterday then, I did exactly the same. Being ultra careful through the stupidly narrow ramps and just caught the offside rear wheel. Again, Chipsaway on the way me thinks. My badge stayed intact, but some goon at the bottom of the same ramp decided he wasn't going to stop as I got to the bottom and had to brake to stop, with obvious consequences, one scrapped bit of black plastic. With the cracked rear bumper and ding in the rear wheel arch, I'm doing pretty well this week! So me too, one slightly shabby Zed at the mo, not ideal. Which means an excuse for treating myself to new 19's, front splitter and once over from the body shop....!!

LoT? And where is this one, what sort of thing is it etc? Anything where there's nothing hard to hit and I can get used to the thing on the limit really! I've recently been upgrading some bits of home stereo kit and have some bits for sale. Will eBay at the weekend if nothing goes. Have a Sony video (think that's what they were called!) recorder and Panasonic DVD player (model DVD-R31 for sale. Open to offers for these, usual high specs from Sony and Panasonic. Both with remotes and instruction manuals, good condition. Also, Sony Surround Sound system (HTK 475) which includes integrated amplifier (numerous inputs, tuner, Dolby Digital decoder, DTS decoder) with Pascal speakers and active subwoofer. Sounds great, I've just changed my home set-up. Good condition, speaker covers have the odd slight pull in them, amp alone goes for about £100 on eBay so open to offers again. Finally, brushed aluminium Alphasson speaker stands to take the rear speakers above. Again, offers. Any cash generated will be poured directly into the Zed fund for sensible mods......!

Plus not always the best time of year to sell a car, holidays and all. Plus not got the GT pack. Might not make any difference to him, looks like it does to buyers...... Still a bargain though!

I was progressing in a southerly direction making use of the vehicle and road conditions and it was in the rear view mirror, so I may be mistaken!!
