  1. Nicely done mate! Did you just pull the washer caps off the extending nozzles to get the bumper off? Or do you have a guide? I started mine but gave up as didn't want to break anything!
  2. We agree! Saw this yesterday and thought it was brilliant.

If you concentrate some AG Paint renovator, then a couple of different grades of polish to work up to a wax it should work. It'll be where the lacquer is dull from the adhesive and just needs elbow grease to get it back (not with too harsh a compound though! )
  4. That's the very same reason I don't have my new wheels yet John. I take it you are trying to deal with Reading or Didcot?

    SL55 AMG

So wouldn't a second hand SL 55 be more like £65k?

What other mid size coupe that has that sort of power and performance would you get for £100k Val?
  7. The bluetooth module just clips into the existing cradle, so the cradle itself doesn't get removed AFAIK.

    Absolute Scum!

I really hope you gave the little sh!te a pounding. What is it with people!?
  9. IIRC the head unit is pre-out only so you would need external amps of some sort (not necessarily Mac ones). The other unit is just volt meters I think (?) so doesn't 'do' anything. The range is limited. EDIT: - found them! http://www.mcintoshlabs.com/mcprod/shop ... ter+Module Ah i see, looks cool anyway. When i come to do my next one, i may ask your help with some things such as fitting etc as i dont have a clue about audio equipment, i just know what sounds good, No problems Louis, give me a shout. I love all things audio!
  10. get the Shine Auto plastic bumper instead, looks absolutely awesome quality, saw it @ JAE, and got to have the bottom part in CF !! - am open to suggestions!
  11. Buy it - sell me the kit, swap the wheels with Digsy, everyone's a winner!
  12. It's the Nismo (Version 2) That is almost identical to what I would do with mine if I had the money! I'd add bonnet vents and I'd prefer to paint the chin spoiler, lower skirts and spats black to match the wheels! Seen it done on a Nismo Z-tune, with all the Nismo stripes and it looks feckin' sweet! Right, investigation time..... Anyone know where I can get a Nismo V2 kit? I have a vision now!
  13. Take a look at my post about Calais and surrounding area, there's a link to a site saying what you need. I didn't take one and don't think you need one.
  14. What kit is on that one with the black Nismos?
  15. Re: Bruges, went there last weekend. If you want to stay in a relaxed historic town with great food, beer and wine then yes, stop there. The place has a lot of character and is OK for shopping and sight seeing too if you want to. I'd reccomend it.

  17. The Sound Gallery in Wycombe can get it. It's extremely good stuff, not very flexible, but sonically very very good. And any engine mods will be negated with it in, it weighs a LOT!
  18. as i posted that, its just done the same, damn you weather!!! Right top goes back on What you driving Louis? Now that would be telling Or it's not a top on a car?? C'mon Nixy!

I can confirm the Redstuff are both better than OEM and produce much less dust. I may have just had my mind changed about trying the DS2500's!
  20. I think people also try and stay a bit objective and seem to remember there's a human at the other end. Only on a few occasions has it ever got public and people explain their actions when doing it. Agree about the mods setting the tone and that does follow. People just seem to be intelligent, ehich in my opinion is no surprise given the well thought choice in car!
  21. Hi and welcome to the nut house!
  22. Any of the other ICE officianados heard these or know what price bracket they're in? I can only find the 2006 price list online anywhere and it doesn't list them. I'd expect them to be under ZR prices but can't be sure as it uses a liquid cooled silk tweeter rather than a straight forward aluminium dome. Link for speakers - http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_comp ... age_id=233 Link for stupidly hard hitting home sub! - http://home.jlaudio.com/products_subs.php?prod_id=370 Just the 3.8kW of power in that then!
  23. IMO she won't be able to move on, nor will you and neither will have a happy time in the next few weeks / months / years. As hard as it may be, go wild, get it out of your system and move on. Sorry to hear it. Humans are plagued with this emotion disease.
