Does anyone have any experience of buying a similar priced car like this? The 8k deposit and £300 monthly payments are fair enough, but, say i didn't want to or couldn't cough up 15+ grand at the end of the term, what sort of position would I be in? Would I be able to leave the car with Nissan and walk away with some money?
Judging by 350Z residuals I'd say that you'd just cover the final payment if you sold it at the end but I wouldn't bank on getting much profit. If you just give the car back you walk away with no money.
IMHO PCP-type deals only work if the final payment is equivalent to the value at the end of the term plus your deposit. You can then sell the car and still have money to start a PCP on another.

Dont think so they have them on envy I think and the states still have them.
Could be wrong but ive seen ones with prices next to them,.
What are your wheels dcash?
I don't think what Envy have on their site is such a good guide...

I guess you didn't water the lawn then, Nic.

Guess what Digsy,, my mate does balloon rides in the Lakes, you should have asked.
I think I bought it before I'd met you - I spent 3 years trying to go on it!

I wouldn't bother - the police have little interest in these things at the best of times. I've had clients involved in hit and runs whose cars have been rendered undriveable and who have sustained injury and still the police just take down details and do nothing. Our local force seem delighted to parade their impounded uninsured cars but these fell into their laps whilst investigating a hit and run takes time and effort...
I'm not suggesting the police are lazy but with budgets and cuts a hit and run with no injury is unilkely to be a priority.
I would still do it, could even turn out that the lady in question was uninsured herself
They won't care.

Fair play.
Given that you are invariably the first person to reply to any thread I start, I could say the same to you...

Blade silver 2005 GT with a carbon fibre trim on the front bumper and parking sensors. I noticed it dropped off Autotrader at the weekend.

Be warned, it usually takes about 5+ attempts at going for a flight to actually get one in the UK, the weather can be a bit crap
Good advice - don't do what I did and book it in the Lakes which would be beautiful if we had ever made it up but almost impossible to get a suitable day. Gave it up as a bad do in the end!

How old is your Zed and how many miles? Doesn't seem to be a regular problem but these cars are getting older.

These are similar and the seller is a trader here...

Just wondering if anyone knows the forum user TT Convert? He paid me for some spacers which I then posted, but Paypal then told me the payment had been withdrawn. I had a PM from him saying he would send a cheque but that was on 21 June and I've seen or heard nothing since.
I don't want to jump the gun-he may just be away on holiday or something, but I'm getting concerned that I may not see the money...
Don't know him personally but he's been on here a long time and I've never heard anyone raise any concerns.

I'd go for the 18s with a 20/15 offset

The OP never said they were Nismo wheels just that they have a "silver nismo" and having a Nismo bodykit entitles someone to say that imo.............
I disagree here.....in my opinion when some states they have a nismo it should really be classed as "Nismo" style....as its not really nismo without all the uprated parts that a real nismo car (R-Tune and S-Tune GT) has.

+2 welcome back...

Do a search on here for Bonsai - IIRC there was some negative feedback too.

So sorry to hear this Vik. Like Immy says, better you know.

Clio is a widowmaker in the wrong hands. Unless you're a very accomplished driver of rwd machines I'd give it a swerve.

Prefer the kit with the extra bits this has
And that one ended up like this..
Preferred the before.

Good work - a lot of effort gone into that!
