  1. They're probably backing away from that now given the VDC and pre-track/post track inspections uproar.
  2. Getting near Audi's standards in 1990 perhaps. Way off the quality of a current TT.

    New wheels?

    But yours wobble...
  4. No-one on here with Strosek AFAIK but I seem to recall someone on another forum having some fitment issues with Strosek parts. Surprising for a German company.
  5. I actually went to Law School with Anita in Chester. A nice girl but certainly no shining star. I don't think she was the most culpable last night but she was neither good enough or hungry enough to have lasted long. The lawyer always goes first - usually because they are crap. In my experience, there are lawyers who are sh1t hot at law and lawyers who are sh1t hot businessmen but seldom do the two get combined. When they do combine they're usually earning more than £100k with their own businesses and wouldn't want to go on to the Alan Sugar circus. I agree with Sarnie that the standard of the candidates drops year on year. I'm also beginning to suspect that the production team have an influence on who stays and who goes. If you're entertaining or likely to shake things up you might just survive the boardroom despite being the weakest link... Still love it though.
  6. Looking good. I had the old site bookmarked to the unread posts page and just got an unavailable message when I clicked on this morning. I thought the site was still down until I manually typed in the URL. Is there anything we can do Chris to redirect in this scenario?

I believe there is a member running a 0 offset I think Tim(Djtimo) was looking into running a square setup 0 offset without a wide-arch kit?
  8. Hi Matt We couldn't do it on the scheme as the car must be off road overnight in your specific postcode. Sorry. (Your postcode is highly rated!). Now that's not stated at the top of the thread.

I don't know of anyone in the UK running the same size all round or such wide tyres on the front. Also, as Rob says above, the offset is very aggressive and the wheels may come too far out of the arches. They will also rub if you lower it. If this isn't the set up you want, walk away. Its a big investment to get it wrong aesthetically and balls up the handling. If you do want to press on with it, do some research on my350z.com where some of our Yank cousins are running a four square set up.
  10. Always good to say where you are, Rob.
  11. A 280 bhp Mini - I doubt the Zed will make that feel luke warm Rob!
  12. Welcome aboard, Chants! Don't be shy - everyone's very friendly here! Either post up on this thread or start a new one - I promise it'll get answered. No question too daft!
  13. I looks good with the hump! Just what I thought!
  14. Of course its an import. I just felt that it was of interest as its the only Azure MY07 I've seen in the UK.
  15. This caught my eye as the UK MY07s weren't available in Azure... http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/896963.htm
  16. Looking at that I think you'd be better getting it fixed up as soon as you can. In a buyers market it will put a lot of folk off.
  17. Sad day, Tim. Good luck with the sale. If it wasn't such a god-awful colour I might have had it myself!
  18. You're a member already - no fee here! Welcome aboard! I've never heard of a peeling paint issue on 06 or any cars. The paint on all of them is crap and liable to stone chip though.
  19. How not to present a car for sale...
