    I wouldnt think it will impair the performance or sound for one second, only good thing about it is you wont see it when its fitted..probably the best place for a dent if you have to have one

    I use Tyre and rubber dressing from a valet supplier near me, a 5 litre can cost's about a tenner I seem to think, will last years if you only have one car to do.. better than all the stuff you can get in Car shops.. it's what the trade use.....
