Dont blame the car, blame the **** poor dealer network
anyone buying a £30k car deserves better service than we are experiencing at dealers up and down the country..also ,and I,m not siding with the dealers here., by all accounts Nissan Uk are not supporting the dealers to the extent they should be either.. if a customer has a problem they should bend over backwards to help the dealer sort it out..
But it seems by all accounts on this site, they are working against the dealer and customer..
, and again this is no help to us either I think most manufacturers are all tarred with the same brush..I have had poor service in the past from Ford, Mercedes,Jeep and probably the worst experience with a Vauxhall main dealer who left the majority of pipes and fastners undone on a warranty job on an engine rebuild and it only got me 200yards down the road This car went back 6 times before they sorted it
