  4. As I said it caught me out previously , now it's the first question I ever ask when buying a car or a motorcycle for that matter
  5. Because you can't get a bike in the boot of the Z due to the strut brace. I have a car bike rack but it's not going on the Z - that's what the gf's Fiesta is for! this guy got a bike in http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic ... =bike+boot

  7. went through a very similar process for a Chevrolet Blazer I had a few years back.. didn't want to pay Bauer Millet an extortionate amount of money for a fob , so ordered one from an American site for a few dollars, no chance with getting them to work..virtually ever Country seems to use different frequencies for their car fobs..bloody nightmare.. always buy a car with a spare key and don't lose one
  8. I think lack of replies , may be due somewhat to the ambiguous nature of the original enquiry

  20. All you can do is try to get it in writing that the dealer will stand any subsequent repair bills due to oil starvation, failing this just keep all documents appertaining to this and if future problems develop sue the B*****Ds arse off , By the way I suspect the white smoke you saw was due to the oil hitting the exhaust pipe..you will probably be lucky in this instance if you pulled up quickly and hopefully wont have sustained any lasting damage In the meantime I would hold out for a lot more than a credit note for a free service !!
