Jim, I'm in the middle of making my own as well. Got a template cut now and piece of wood etc. Just looking for the right carpet to wrap it in. Btw, did you put some rubber around the edge to hold it in place, or did you just jam in? I've got the luggage net now as well so need to ensure that I don't break the clips etc..... If I can get it right (time permitting) then might make some more..... Jacko - next time I see you check the material out I coated mine in Well better than carpet imo!!!
