now that statement I find VERY VERY optimistic. the fact that the mpg readout from the in car computer gets messed up by the installation doesn't mean your car uses less petrol with a TT conversion mate

yeah ok but that's a bit extreme, really. Anything can go pop, but there's more chance of a modified TT engine than a standard NA one, that's been engineered that way from the factory. Just trying to say if you look after it their sould not be a problem. As you say have a look at some of the US boys. What I ment by looking after it was not ragit from cold. that's fair enough, if you modified a car to this extent, you should be willing to look after it properly if you want to keep it reliabe

guys, bad news, in general for who would like ANY UTEC, anywhere http://www.my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=198449 I spoke to Mark, the owner he's been very apologetic, but their lack of communication throughout the whole affair is just not acceptable. So that's why they didn't have any UTECs 2 weeks ago! I told him not to expect me to try and organise anything like this again with his Company. basically they have no further date where they can firmly say they are going to have working units, hence me pulling out. If any of you guys involved had some sort of backup plan (ie sourcing the UTEcs form someone who had it in stock, think twice as it could be a faulty unit. I apologise for all this mess, but I personally have done everything possible to make this happen.
