  1. i actually enjoyed it, was laughing at several parts, for light entertainment i really enjoyed it. i watch 5th gear as well, but to be honest i find it quite dull. nothing really fills the market at the moment
  2. thanks stew, i couldn't remember the others; they're all good suppliers. think i have bought from all of them; all good and all helpful.
  3. once your body shop has seen it and assessed the damage, you can push it out to look better until its fixed. take a hair dryer to it or heat gun (becareful if you use it) heat the plastic and you should be able to push it out from behind once the plastic is soft. and to an extent as you heat it; it should return under its own steam. becareful not to blister the paint though. as for the damage thats defo a new bumper; but a good opportunity to fit something aftermarket as most are actually cheaper than a replacement OEM bumper.
  4. waffle weave drying towel google is my friend or can you recommend somewhere to buy some? envy valeting on here is where i got most of my stuff, think there are several other detail suppliers; have a browse on here
  5. top choices of drift cars ian. a mk1 mx5 can be had for peanuts these days. and has scope for for more power later. i think darren B has just fitted a supercharger to one
  6. thanks for the info; will give it ago and post up the results
  7. a tip; especially if you haven't done it before. don't use the handbrake; theres enough grunt in the zed that you can do it with an opposite lock flick. i'e turn in the wrong direction for the corner and then turn in hard the correct direction; then balance the slide with the steering and the throttle. to be honest, teco's won't be big enough, go do a track day tester, costs about 50 quid for the day, its meant for track skills but if you want to practice drifitng you can do instead. when i was at north weald last year there were a couple of lads doing it; they were rubbish
  8. i love the ones with images on the top but i've always had them knicked. these are the first i've had that have never gone anywhere.
  9. companies need something to sponsor; something thats worthwhile putting a name to. start to build a reputation, then the sponsors will be easier to secure. you never know you might be lucky and get someoen to sponsor you now, but i think it unlikely. best of luck with the new hobby
  10. looks like i'm gonna get some black hole from poor boys then. don't know what they washed it with before me but i'm sure it involved sand paper and grit. i will eventually get it to prisitine, but it will take a couple of goes. the swirlx worked well, but just couldn't cope with the bonnet. will i need to remove all the wax again before putting the black hole on,

  15. excellent for a more secure seating, especially for track days. as close as you'll get to a 5 point harness from a standard belt. no longer needed as there is a new mech for the s2000. 30 quid inc postage
  16. bought from the previous group buy, fitted for about 2 weeks before i sold the car. helps for better heel and toe driving due to the added lip in comparison to the normal pedal. 30 pounds inc postage
  17. 3.50 inc postage to go to a good home
  18. totally agree, complete swirl removal is my primary goal, to be honest they are only really left on the bonnet, the rest of the car is almost clear.
