  1. DBA full package or Stoptech with either Hawk or Stoptech pads.

I'd personally go with DBA, it's more cost effective and they're really good quality.

We've had nothing but good feedback on these and for what they are, pricing is very good.

I'm surprised Nissan even commented on it, they normally have zero clue on anything 350z, 370z or GT-R

They're used to swapping out air filters on Nissan Qashqais and Notes.

  3. Hi James,

I know you already messaged us but do you have some photos of the braces in question? Just realised the Ultra Racing listing you're looking at aren't OEM braces, they're additional to what comes on the car as standard.

I've attached a photo below of the underneath of our 370z demo car along with a Nissan parts schematic showing the OE braces in that area.

The Ultra Racing brace you linked looks to go on top of the pre-existing OEM braces as additional support.

  4. Hello and welcome to the forum!

You're in luck as parts aren't too hard to get hold of, both OEM and aftermarket. We're a Z specialist, solely focusing on parts sales.

We have hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of parts for both 350z and 370z in stock and ready to go.

We also have weekly/bi-weekly shipments from Japan and the USA, so anything not stocked here in the UK can be ordered in.

SOME parts can be a little bit of a pain to get hold of but it's never impossible and worst case scenario, there's loads of people who break the Z's, meaning used parts are an option too.

Look forward to seeing you in a Z soon

  5. Hello and welcome Joe!

As it's a 2015 NISMO, rust shouldn't be an issue but just check the MOT history and see if they can put it up on the ramp for you. Main culprits are the W Brace and Member Stay Brackets.

As long as it's been serviced at the correct intervals, I wouldn't say there's anything in particular to look out for. Looks like those wheels have been refurbished as the NISMO originally comes with a gun metal interior with diamond cut around the edges.

Other than that, just the regular checks as you would any other car.

  6. I'm sure someone more local will answer but if it's just a service, take it to any performance garage, they're no different to any other car for regular servicing requirements.

You can order the parts yourself and ask them to carry out the work if you're worried about the quality of the stuff they're using.

  7. Welcome back! They're pretty different driving experiences, having driven regular 350z's, supercharged 350z's and 370z's (both NISMO and standard). The 370z is a lot more refined and definitely feels more modern, less raw but more 'luxury', all down to personal preference. What I will say, is the 370z with a decent exhaust system is a pleasure to downshift in with the synchro rev match feature, it's so effortless without the need for throttle blips - it's pretty addictive  Found myself slowing down just to downshift in our 370z demo car with the TORQEN ZORST fitted to it.

Good luck with your new purchase!

  8. As long as it's properly fixed before purchased, I don't see that as an issue, it's pretty common on 350z's. As @Stutopia said though, personally, I'd be wanting to look under the car to see to what extent it's actually rusted, check MOT history and see if it's had any deeper issues in the past.

The W Brace and Member Stay Brackets are very common rust points too, they're considered 'structural' so it would fail an MOT if these were rusted. You're looking at around £600 for the parts and then whatever fitment would cost you if you'd be taking it somewhere (it's pretty easy to do yourself, just a few bolts).

At £6k, it should be in pretty good condition, you can pick them up for around 4k with similar issues you're describing so providing the arches are fixed well - £6k is a fair price.

    Good luck with your purchase!

  9. Hi Guys,

We have some new stock of the upgraded D1 Spec throttle controller for the 350z DE, these have three separate modes:

    Eco Mode:

Eco mode has 10 settings which design for city driving or light cruising that will make the car more Economical and reduce fuel consumption.

    Normal Mode:

Normal mode allows the Vehicle as it was in standard Factory Form.

    Sports Mode:

Sports mode has 10 settings which will increase your throttle response as a result you will have more power at low down and will increase your acceleration on your car.
