Absolute nonsense. This is more to do with getting microphones on every street corner! Of all the things they could spend money on to help improve people's health, they target loud exhausts! Really? 🤦♂️

I put a set of uniform holes in the bit that folds back under the number plate you can't even see them unless you get down on the floor and it let's loads more air in.
I did this to allow air in to the top of the rad as my fmic blocks the lower half
Not seen this done before. Will look into. 👍

Can't find that thread online now, but I made notes of the parts the guy used. Will grab dimensions and stuff from that and take it from there 👍

Definitely the way to go I think. Just need to source the flanges/adapters for the hoses now.

Thanks for the recommendations on the kit guys. Will have a look online. It's going to be an expensive month! 😂

Yeah shame about it not being 4k/60fps with RT. That's because it's a crossgen title. Held back because of the ps4 port.
And yes I could never drift to save my life either. 😆

Always been a fan of the GT series, got a wheel and pedals etc. Sadly I lost interest in GT sport, too many dick drivers just punting you off.
So moved over to ACC on pc with the triple screen set up
May be tempted back for 7, just because....
We should arrange a race/drift night once a month, a virtual meet
I like it. Zeds only though!

Nice one. Hopefully someone with cut outs comes along soon. I'm hoping there's minimal or no impact on the filters. If there is, then the bespoke piping will be the way to go. Cheers!

I have the Z1 CAIS fitted, not bothered with the vents and you can still hear intake noise at certain speeds. I suppose if you put the vents wider to the sides it will reduce water hitting the filters, on the Z1 the filters are in the middle behind the Nissan badge.
Personally, i'd duct up from lower down and not chop holes in the front bumper
I hear intake noise with the k&n as is too, but the idea of making it louder and adding a visual mod to the front excites me!ha.
Good shout with the piping. That was the 2nd option I was thinking of. Seen some ready made tubes for the 350z. But nowt for 370z.
Don't really fancy using cheap universal eBay piping, but might give it a try as a first go 👍

Definitely day one purchase here too. Even tempted to grab a steering wheel and rig setup, but that will get very expensive!
-
So this got shown off last night. Looks amazing. A must for all PlayStation JDM fans!

Anyone running air vents/ducts on the front bumper with a CAI? I quite like the look of them and the chance that they'll lower intake temps and add more intake noises! So what's not to like!?
My only concern at the moment is rain! How do they hold up when driving in heavy rain? Do the air filters get soaked?

Looking good buddy! Any side profile pics? 👍🤓👍

Love the colour!

Got mine too! Great quality pics all round, considering we were struggling for numbers this year with lack of meets etc. Thanks everyone! 😎👍

OP probably decided to keep them and put them up later at a more sensible price! 👀

That looks great. How much did that cost "all in" if you don't mind me asking?
