I'm confused why everyone thinks it'll be categorised. I've had 2 cars hit into whilst parked up and both times their insurance sorted my car out without any change on my premium or policy or V5C.
Yes you'll have to declare it on any future insurance quotes but if you're not at fault then it changes little to nothing. It may also get registered on insurance systems but 9/10 it doesn't. Only time it's guaranteed to be registered on the system is if insurance claim it as a write off. Provided you can drive it and no electronics were damaged then its not a write off.
Personally find it easier letting their insurance sort stuff out because if you can request OEM parts without having to source them and you get a lifetime guarantee on work. You'll also (if applicable) get a courtesy car to tide you over.
Similar experience. 3rd party drove into me. She accepted liability. Ran it through insurances, her insurance covered all my repair costs. Declared it as a non fault claim for next 3 years. No impact on my premium.

Bump! Forgot I put these up. Still available. Boxed up in garage.
Price drop! Shall we say £350? Similar to another set that sold on here.

It comes with 2 or 3 USB cables that you can use to connect/charge phones, usb sticks, hard drives to the unit.
The factory usb in the armrest cubby is used by the unit's sound out adaptor.

I've seen loads of kits for the 370Z 2009 and onwards. Are you aware of any that work with 350Z factory sat nav's like in the 2007 model?
I'm not aware of anything for the 350z sorry mate.

Will this allow the installation of car play?
Yes buddy. It enables car play and android auto straight out the box, no need for additional dongles or anything.

Yeah ignore the tweeter as it was something shared with me. But goes to show there's a lot of people out there with the same mindset as the OP here.
Then there's the emblem Vs letter debate.

Worlds gone mad!

That's a tad extreme imo buddy.

@StormtrooperZ yeah that was dangerous on my part, sorry all. I thought the convoy looked a little slim, only to later realise half the group had gone the wrong way down the motorway from the get go..... 😲
No harm done matey, everybody got to test their brembos and they all passed! 🕺🕺🕺

Great day out. Thanks for organising @davey_83. Weather was spot on! Great drive down to the Cotswolds, excluding the sudden pitstop/pile up!😬 But fish hill made up for it! 🤩
Hope everyone made it back home safe. Some pics of the day from me. See you all at japfest!

What time will you guys be setting off after you've filled your bellies @davey_83???
I'll more than likely skip breakfast, but will meet up and join you for the drive down to Spetchley and maybe down to the Cotswolds as well (time permitting).

That's a good run with zeds. Not a bad replacement either! Wow! 😎

Holy thread revival Batman...!!!
But my little venture is coming to an end. With everything going on in the world right now, it's gotten more and more difficult to get these in for a decent price, hence this thread dying.
But! I have one remaining unit in stock. It's the latest version with 4gb RAM and 64gb ROM. This will probably be the last one for sale at this price.
AliExpress, nifty city all selling for around the ~£600 mark delivered.
Grab a bargain! £395 delivered. Free install if you're local and come to me. DM if interested! Thanks guys.

It's a similar story here with Amazon, Game, Argos and Very often selling out within minutes. I managed to bag mine through BT this week, just because they and EE are restricting sales to customers only via single use access codes - I'm not actually a BT customer, but their incompetence worked in my favour for once! But even with those restrictions, the standalone console usually sells out pretty quickly leaving just the more expensive bundles available for any reasonable amount of time.
AS for GT7, just me refusing to £65(+) for it then?
I got it for £62 here using PSN vouchers from shopto. I rarely pay full price for games, usually wait for them to drop in price a fair bit before purchasing.
But GT7 was different for me. It's my first GT since GT2 (I moved onto Xbox/360 and PGR).
If ever a game warrants a full price purchase, it's this one in my opinion. There's loads of content/nostalgia here and there won't be a new one for a good number of years yet, so you'll definitely get your money's worth.

Yep just played a couple of hours here too. I'm absolutely loving everything about it at the moment. Started with compact car and making my way up. Currently on 200k with 10 cars in the garage. I haven't noticed any issue with my wheel yet. I've got the g923 though.
