  1. What do you mean? The whole continent is scratching their heads trying to understand the leave vote. Saying we're staying would be more of a "finally you're making sense". People on the continent don't understand the decision and hate. And Hungary, and Poland are not Europe, just a part of it with very unique leadership at this moment.
  2. Exactly. It's a shame other people don't come to this same realisation. It's a hard Brexit or it won't be a Brexit. So we have to accept the pound tanking, we have to go to WTO tariffs and we have to accept potentially a decade or a few of hard work to reach the point where we're at. Or accept that all that was not what people voted for. People voted for an easy leave, fast trade deals with partners like US, Australia, Canada, less money paid to the EU, and reinvesting (some or none or all) to NHS.
  3. Seriously, why would they? If your wife says she's had enough of your @*!#, and wants a divorce, will you give her everything she wants or the bare minimum?
  4. I find it hilarious that you believe your second attempt at explaining your logic was better than the first. Sorry, I'm still not following...
  5. I quoted a statement that we need to support UK farmers and dairy producers, and my question was, even if that means everything is 20% more expensive? What that has to do with your poorest households vote is beyond me. You seem to have a problem following a topic... And the final gem is that the EU is at fault that the UK has poor people? Or is it that were upset the EU doesn't help the poorest people in individual countries? I'm lost....
  6. https://www.facebook.com/6622931938/posts/10156378921186939/ I'll just leave this here
  7. Hahaha and Bullet is back in all the intolerant and really badly hidden racist glory. Yeah... Let's not forget to focus on preventing people, whose countries we've bombed to oblivion, from going to a different country where bombs, bullets, rape and pillaging isn't a daily occurrence. Also let's not forget that people migrating due to natural disasters, global warming, economic downfall caused by their governments are subhumans and do not deserve a normal life. Let's make sure we fight with all the strength and determination against the first international non binding agreement trying to at least define anything about migration. Thanks for reminding me, I almost forgot about that. Also how are you coping with the fact that EU migration went down for 80% in the UK but that overall migration hasn't changed at all? That just more people from Asia and other continents are coming?
  8. So you'd be totally fine with dairy and meat prices increasing by 20% as an example? How do you think that would impact the poorest people in the country? You think they care from where the food comes? They care, and quite passionately, about not being hungry
  9. By having banks and Nazi gold. It's like asking how does Norway survive
  10. I think it's pretty simple actually, just these nutters in parliament don't seem to want to accept it. Options are either hard Brexit with WTO tarrifs and borders, no Brexit because of national interest (another referendum is this same option), or GE if the current government thinks anything else will pass the vote which we know won't. Anything else is just wishful thinking.
  11. OP, you should just sell the CBE to me, and buy a louder CBE which will do what you want. Hfcs won't make it that much louder, just a bit raspier
  12. You first say I said the bus was why everyone voted leave, and then quote me using plural when describing they got lied to. Now you have to decide what you want to stick to, but at least decide. Was it one thing - the bus, or many things which you've quoted me on?
  13. When did I assume or say everyone voted one way because of one thing? What else are we making up today?
  14. I don't mind replying to posts but at least make some sense. Bullet opened the bus topic out of the blue, and my response was to his post. When it comes to lies, everything which was said with the intention to move the vote even if proof said otherwise is by definition a lie. Unless you can find something u said which wasn't factual? You're not taking back control as long as there's any agreement with the EU. In fact by leaving and losing voting rights we've given up this little bit of control we have. Hard Brexit gives control, but also a meltdown economy.
  15. https://amp.uk.businessinsider.com/boris-johnson-says-his-350-million-a-week-brexit-claim-was-an-underestimate-2018-1 It's not about what I read, it's what the leave campaign people said during the bus times. Their interpretation was what convinced the people.
  16. I think this is a poor excuse now that we know the money doesn't exist. Worst back-paddling attempt. Half of the campaign was wrapped around the 350M for NHS and saying now, that just because it's not specifically stated the whole 350M will be spent on it suddenly means something else, is just a sad attempt to change what the people were told. When Farage said it 2 days after the vote, I thought it was disgusting. Just my opinion.
  17. Did you read the message on the bus? Feels like we're not talking about the same bus. "We send the EU 350 million a week, let's fund our NHS instead. Vote leave" Please explain what this means, thank you.
  18. Watch BBC radio 5 listener questions to May. She got asked that, directly and with a plea not to faf around, and give a straight answer. She choked more than once and didn't answer. An absolute disgrace
  19. People don't realise how many fell for that. Now it's out, almost no one is admitting that's the case, and those that do, are back-paddling like crazy
  20. Buahahha Argentina. We could have at least went for Serbia or Albania. Also not in EU, seems that's the only criteria we care about. Also 0.2% GDP is a laugh, not to mention it's based on cheqers which wasn't the deal we drafted with the EU. They're having a laugh
  21. Not only that, they voted against Obamacare because Obama, not knowing they're actually voting against the affordable care act.
  22. Of course it doesn't. EU is rigid, it has no option to break apart the 3 pillars. Thats the whole point of being locked in. Each member hates a part of the 3 pillars, but all benefit so massively from it, that no one wants to destroy their country economy by leaving. Leave campaign lied in order to convince people it's possible and that even no deal will have no consequence. Easy trade deals, easy WTO rules, trade with everyone we want, etc. This is a week old: But due to political consequences - meaning parties will lose votes if they go against what people want even if it's detrimental too the country, they're willing to go to the end, no matter how bad for everyone it will be. Well everyone but the 1%, they'll definitely not be hungry in any case. Can't say the same for people just above the poverty threshold, but who cares about them, right? It's not "me" is what it matters to most I hope no **** ever calls a referendum with a question around going against basic human rights, as it seems the UK parliament has no issues doing whatever people want.
  23. You literally described the Brexit leave campaign. Funny how standards work
  24. Ahhh to good ol' beacons. We did store layout heat maps with them, trying to figure out where the intended customer journey gets messed up, and trying to figure out if any particular section keeps causing people to go back instead of keep going forward. It's a fascinating industry. I could keep watching at them and people movements for hours and hours. We even wanted to test sending people messages they've missed their shelf of products which they've frequently viewed online, but the board pulled the plug, due to big brother concerns, and didn't want to risk any customers freaking out haha. Data...more data... I need all the data
  25. It is, I worked for big UK grocer for several years, and having the ability to know what someone browsed 5 times without buying, and being within walking distance of a shop with those items on stock, you'd be amazed what a subtle nudge with "last 3 items on stock, 2min walking away" would do to a purchase decision
