  1. He had a try in a NASCAR in Tony Stewarts
  2. This is what I really want ..!! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mercedes-SLS-SLS-AMG-High-Spec-B-amp-O-/152252161725?hash=item2372ef9ebd:g:HqwAAOSw8w1X5QCJ
  3. Hope he makes a better job of NASCAR than Jack Villeneuve, at least Montoya won a few.
  4. Wont get $100 mill for 3 years work though. Oh I dunno, I reckon he'd get very close to that given that most of his money comes from the advertising stuff he does now, rather than his racing salary. Being based in the US with more exposure in a US favourite would only increase his exposure. Ask any average American to name four F1 drivers. Good Luck. Hamilton ah Davey Hamilton ye our Indi driver ye heard of him.

  6. I would love one as well Tom especially that V10 howl £13k will buy you this one. A beauty. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2006-BMW-M5-WHITE-FULL-SERVICE-HISTORY-ALPINE-WHITE-E60-S85-V10-PRISTINE-ORGINAL-/162201847558?hash=item25c3fbc706:g:kTYAAOSwCGVX2Irp
  7. Oh dear I suppose shes got a point..! Well worth a listen. https://audioboom.com/boos/5144226-katie-hopkins-slates-lewis-hamilton
  8. Ironically it's not, it's a sodding Enzo underneath! No it isnt, its somewhere between 300 and 400% stiffer in the chassis for a start. A man at Dallara told me that, he also told me that the stiffest chassis in production was the RR Phantom, by quite a long way. Anyway, back OT - as brillo said, why not a Z4? Its halfway between a Z33 and an SLK for me, not very hairdressery and the 3.5 goes like absolute buggery. M3's are superb but a fair step up from what youre talking about in running costs, at this point Im required by law to mention that the 135i is a much better car as well Thanks docwra for putting a Z4 into the mix, great car I agree, i had thought about one but saw one blazing merrily on the hard shoulder a while back.
  9. Thanks brillomaster, not look yet at M3s but I'll take your advice on an e93. I'm even more confused now..Zed, Beemer, Merc
  10. An immaculate E46 vert on a 05 plate sounded the dogs nuts.
  11. On my way into work this morning I got passed rapidly by an M3, now that's something I might also consider, bet lots of people on here had M3 ?.
  12. Thanks Jetpilot, not sure the pennies would stretch to a AMG, but would look at a SLK 350 around an 05 or 06, same with a Zed, not sure what else is about that would be in the same league, What about a Lexus SC430 nice V8 in it ?.
  13. Sorry Attack this has gone way off topic..I honestly don't know. Its a Zed or a Merc at the moment, maybe depends what comes up that's a good car for the right price, decisions, decisions, decisions.
  14. It certainly is ... I don't go within 50 metres if I can help it Only had it to stick the dogs in the back. My neighbour has a Dacia Duster, YUK..
  15. I've had a few ugly cars over the years, but if they are fun I can live with them. I had a Fiat Multipla for a while, now that's a ugly mother..?
  16. I'm doing a IOT course with Future Learning starting in Nov, Thanks for joining us on The Internet of Things. The course will start on Monday 7 November. In the meantime, you can get to know other learners and prepare for the course in the Welcome Area.
  17. Impressive though. My bank manager said I cant afford one.. The Maserati MC12 can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour (62 mph) in 3.8 seconds (though Motor Trend Magazine managed 3.7 seconds) and on to 200 kilometres per hour (125 mph) in 9.9 seconds.[1][5][6] It can complete a standing (from stationary) quarter mile in 11.3 seconds with a terminal speed of 200 kilometres per hour (125 mph) or a standing kilometre in 20.1 seconds.[1][6] The maximum speed of the Maserati MC12 is 330 kilometres per hour (205 mph).[6]
  18. Same car just a 2+2 version of the SLK. I reckon. I don't mind either to be honest. Not the same ... IMO the SLK looks crap with the roof up, whereas the CLK still looks good Talking about under the bonnet. Visually I know they are not the same. Here is something else I might consider, anybody on here had one ?. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2001-MASERATI-3200-GT-AUTO-GREY-Grigio-Alfieri-Years-MOT-/142142198231?hash=item211855d1d7:g:TN8AAOSwZVlXsLX-
