Also, whats the point in having a milltek exhaust if you're going to cut off the bit that makes it a milltek? if you're considering removing the backbox its clearly not the exhaust for you!

the milltek came with the car pal.

it wasnt until i heard other louder zeds that it became an issue and wanted more noise

10mm will be fine, don't want it too tight or too loose.

less than 10mm, I want to say 8, but I'm unsure. There could/should be P clips int he package, so wait until it arrives.

yea its just i have a bottle left over from service thats just been done so wanted a match rather than buying two new bottles of a different brand

needing a front 19" rota gtr alloy asap ( preferably white in vgood condition .

 

think its 8.5 but will check when cars recovered this aft

i have a bottle of motul 660 but need another bottle and all the others on ebay uk have a different art number .

 

mine says 101667 but all the others say 101666 ...does it make a difference or can they be mixed ? pics to follow of my bottle

the car is 20 miles away as the spare wouldn't fit due the tuner nuts not locking up enough .

 

im going to recover it using a wheel spacer and get towed back via static arm as iv no brakes now the braided hose has torn through.

 

i was travelling down a dark unlit road and some idiot came flying the other way just as the road narrows to single file and it was either hit him/her or jump the curb ....so i recon i hit the curb at 60mph ( hindsight i should of been going slower) .

 

two mechanics stopped and noticed the front braided hoses have been rubbing through a while and stated the crash was "a blessing in disguise" as my brakes would of failed anyway in the near future .

okay guys i was in an accident tonight when some tw4t forced me to hit a curb at high speed .

 

my nsf rota alloy is bent and my braided brake line punctured .

 

can the alloy be repaired?

not got a pic of actual alloy but found one on google image thats very similar damage .

 

there is also a crack in the alloy where it starts bending outward .

 

also iv checked bottom arm and strut tops which seem fine but is there any thing else which could of suffered on impact that needs checking ....cheers

i have a 2004 de with bose speakers and sony double din head unit .

 

now while the sound from the speakers is fine ...if i go into settings on the head unit and select the rbe base settings (1-3) i gain the base but lose sound to the right side of the car making it sound weird .

 

is this something to do with the bose? and can it be fixed .

Plasma cutter

was thinking more of some type of attachment i could get from halfords etc to go in a power drill .

 

haven't got access to a plasma cutter
