Pic above shows HEL brake lines for front brakes, and 2 P-clips should be used to route it nicely. I have not issue passing MOT or stretching. Hence I'm wondering why yours failed?
Maybe my man fitted them wrong? But yes they were streched and so have been replaced with original parts, but they are lacking the fixing brackets. Just working on a crop of the diagram.

Sorry I am getting these parts to be fitted by Brindley Nissan cannock and have just been given the part number and name. Closest to a photo is the link above.

I'll need to check tonight as I'll be working until 6pm today hence I can't post them out to you by today. Sorry mate. Please do try tuning if they can post to you today? I'll get back to you tonight to confirm if I have them or not in the bag of parts the garage has given back to me when i swap to HEL. I can ship them out first thing tomorrow morning if you still need them from me. Sounds good?
Sound good, thanks for your help. So far Zmanalex or Emperor haven't got back to me. I'll let you know either way.Cheers AL

What exactly do you need mate? Sorry, google doesn't show me any pics? I've aftermarket 'HEL' lines fitted last year and still have my OEM brake lines with me. If I have what you need, I can ship them to you tomorrow? If you needs them urgently, i suppose Zmanalex or Emperor tuning can ship them today??
HI Veeg33, yes I expect you do have the parts I need. The above link is the best I can find with an illustation of the parts. They are the brackets that hold the hose to something? If you want you can send me all the bits you took off and I'll pay for that. If you could get them in the post today, 24 hour/overnight post that would be great. I can pay by Paypal or by bank transfer. I assume this is not against forum rules to do this?

I had a new system installed and it kept coming on at random times. It turned out it was simply the frost protection had been set to 15C instead of near freezing.

Has anyone tried these. I assume these have the 3 speeds?
Haven't tried them and I would also like to know, so I have asked a question on them on Amazon. See what people / seller has to say .
With a bit of luck mine are being delivered this week and will get fitted Monday. So I will report back with any issues my mechanic has fitting them. If you do buy them check which postage you have. I opted for standard, which said 3rd Nov to 8th Nov, but stadrad is supposed to be 2 - 3 days. But when they were dispatched the orders page stated they will be delivered on the 8th! B******s. So went on Amazon chat thing and was assured they would be delivered before then. "WE will see" as myt old dear says.

Hello and Welcome from another Midlander

Very straight forward from the top, however you will have to access the block connectors from underneath.
You may also have to loosen the PAS pipe at the pump to get some wiggle room.
Thanks, that answers my questions

Just read the how to fix a fan motor guide and that suggest the shroud is easily removed from the top after removing the air box and top hose? Anyone with experience of swapping out fan please comment?
-
If you can get OEM fans stick with them. They have better cooling capacity than Mishimoto one's.
If you don't mind fabricating and modifing try SPAL fans.

Thanks, I will not be fitting them myself. My usual mechanic fits the parts I buy. With the fans, I think the Nissan ones are in region of £600, so talking £400 saving. I want plug and play with least fuss.

Heard the Mishimoto fans are just one speed...loud lol. Wondered if these are three speed like originals.
Also want to know about what I should order for a fitting. I believe easiest way to replace is from the bottom but PAS tude gets in way and needs to be unhooked, so will need top up and bleed, so need to buy 1 litre

Mishimoto fans IIRC don't have 3 speeds like OEM. They also run both fans at the same time rather than one for AC and one for cooling rad.
Has anyone tried these. I assume these have the 3 speeds?

As a guide to price I bought my ginger orange non GT, standard no mods apart from induction kit which I sold for £150, 51K on clock, generally good condition, paid £6750 from a dealer. Dealer fixed the fourth gear syncro under warranty, but since that I've had over heating problems. No idea if dealer was aware of the later???

Going to nswer my own question, as I apparrently had a memory lapse when I wrote the original post and had forgotten about Zedworld in Tamworth... Doh!
Zedworld now closed :-( anywhere else near Cannock or Walsall that will sort out an overheating issue. I'm book in at Cannock Brindley Nissan but not till 31st Oct and could do with getting it sorted sooner. My usual mechanic is an older fella and he won't touch it as it "too complex" LOL.

Cheers Veeg33 for the photo. So it looks as if there are two different types for each side? At last a pic of them, it's like seeing the bloody holy grail LOL!
