Hi Ben, looked at your tread and pics are hard to see. The flattening off of the ports I get but why do the top half of the plenum need the bolt holes welding up and not used? Also is this modifying the revup plenum or a de one? I have a de but it's for my mate who's got the revup.

Would you be able to pm me pics and a price? I don't know if it will work out well though I'm in south London so I'd have to factor in courier or collection when I'm looking at the price. Will do when he sorts them out. They're all in decent nick, some marks but no chunks missing etc mainly just bits of lacquer come off. All tyres are falken, fronts have camber inner wear but plenty on middle and outer edge, rears are 3mm even across. Think he's after £300 for a quick sale so you can factor in a courier on top of that.

All items are located in Wigan, WN2. The single exit exhaust I made from a japspeed k1 system It's had the second (right side) section at the back cut and welded off so it's just the one left side backbox. Nice and loud. Comes with two bungs and I even have the rest of the original system if wanted (cut section and complete spare backbox). I have modified one of the bungs, the one fitted, as I didn't like how ugly they are with the centre of then sticking out, it's been cut back and painted black also. Condition is ok, roughly 2 years old I think no holes or rust etc so no blowing just cosmetic age. £40 collected Got a standard backbox removed from a 60k mile 2005 zed. Great condition, the centre section was goosed but this looks awesome compared to what that was. £20 collected SOLD Bose audio setup taken from my 2005 zed. Fully working. Includes; larger boot amp, sub, smaller amp(?), rear shelf speakers. Let me know if you need any wiring too, all available. £40 inc postage. SOLD

Anyone know / can find out the power steering rubber hose ID (internal diameter), or the size of the fittings on the cooler itself?

I had some 5mm thick aluminium sent to a local laser cutting fabrications place to make me the correct size (34mm sq.) So from the material left I have enough to supply 2x full kits. I bought the zinc plated high tensile bolts to go with them too, and also nylock nuts. There are 4 bolts complete with the lockout washers. This is for the toe and camber arms (2 bolts for each toe + camber = 4 total). Can do these for £25 inc postage for the set of 4, just a bit cheaper than the big name companies. I understand not everyone has toe arms due to the spring bucket, so will do just the pair of bolts to replace the standard camber ones for £15 inc postage. For moderators: I'm making no monies on these, simply have enough for these 2x kits as said due to the materials I had to get.
