  1. I used tyre leader then booked a local fitter, much cheaper than using the normal options
  2. Typical, removed the arch and the part number is un-readable. Any idea which is the correct one for a 2004 DE? Many thanks
  3. Ah wicked, it's a 2004 so pre facelift. Under tray popped down when maxing it out on the autobahn, pushing the liner onto the tyre. Now has a nice big hole in it
  4. Hey, I'm after a replacement wheel arch liner for the forward drivers side (right hand) wheels. Specifically the most forward part of the liner. Thanks
  5. I removed the Birdview sat nav, as it was useless and so out of date. Retro fitted a Tomtom, used the existing wiring for power and built a surround to make it look as oem as possible. Nice and simple and only cost £50
  6. Off on another road trip around Germany in August so decide it was time to update the 2004 Birdview satnav that was fitted to my zee. Bought a second hand tomtom off eBay for £40 Some mdf Glue Left over carbon wrap Removed the old screen and used the live and earth wires to connect to a 12v adapter. The sat Nav turns on with ignition, and off when the key turns off. Plugged the usb, built a frame to fit to the old mount and voila! Interested to hear what you guys think of this mod, I'm very pleased with it!
  7. Ah Jake that has really cheered me up! I'll give it a month and see how she goes. I'm really glad to hear that. Are you stock apart from the Milltek? Thanks! Umm not until recently. Had it standard for best part of 8 months. Now I've got a pop charger induction kit and love it. All personal choice as other people have said. I love the tone of it, and no drones on long motorway journeys. Loud enough to get looks when driving (and occasional head shakes haha)
  8. Give it a couple of hundred miles for the exhaust to bed in. My milltek came to life on a road trip to Germany. Popping on downshifts and overrun etc. Get a few miles on it then make a decision after that
  9. Looks wicked Did you sand down and flat the panels before applying the wrap?
  10. He's sorted it. Main concern is trying to prevent someone else getting misled by the garage
  11. Don't need to go through the courts. Benefit of paying a deposit with a credit card. The bank does it all for you
  12. Trying to save someone else from buying a car with a clocked mileage and mis-firing engine isn't quite how I'd define being 'dangerous or libellous' The fact that the garage withheld that information, mis represented it whilst selling it and refused to return the deposit once rumbled speaks for itself really.
  13. Hey all, I'm after replacement glass for both of the door windows. Mine are horribly scratched and has always been on the to do list to replace. Happy with second hand if in decent condition Thanks
  14. EBC red stuff pads are highly recommended
  15. I asked a breakers and they said £100 for the glass. Would be very useful for advice, or a DIY on removing the glass
  16. Sorry if I wasn't clear, it's the glass that is damaged. Not sure carbon Windows will be very practical
  17. From the album: My 350

Pop charger fitted. Sounds awesome above 3,000rpm now
  18. Looking to replace both side door Windows as they are both very scratched and beyond blending. Just wondering has anyone removed the glass before and if so how much of a pig is it? Any tips and advice would be gratefully received
  19. No, would have to be a 370 specific one, as the 370 requires a different heat shield design
