  1. Yeah I've got these from that seller. Plug and play if you have a JDM import. If you have a UK car you'll have an 8 pin plug and not 6 pin so will have to swap the plug over
  2. Definitely worth weighing up your options. I only did this because I picked up the set for nothing. They were such a state! Full rebuild of all four calipers, two helicoiled bleed nipples as they were snapped off by a garage, sprayed in Ferrari Yellow with new decals for a negotiated £465. That was 2 years ago. Follow the link below. They have set pricing for Brembos now. http://www.brakecaliperspecialists.uk/brake-caliper-refurbishment/brembo/
  3. The brake caliper specialists in Nottingham refurbished and sprayed mine. 10/10 for the job and service. Turn around was about 10 days
  4. £1500, wow! Now that is crazy! I've had this happen a few times now and estimates have ranged from 5k to well over 20k. The best one was a little while back. I was approached at a garage when filling up and the chap asked exactly the same, what did you pay? Mine was £7000 and completely standard when purchased and mods, wheels excluded, have come to about 3.5k. When he saw the car it looked exactly as below but on a private plate, hiding the age. At first he thought it was a Porshe and pretty much brand new and when I said it was a Nissan and I'd had it for 5 years he still thought it was worth around 18k! Its definitely interesting hearing what other people think. My cars been mistaken for a Porshe more times than I can count and by far the best.... a Bugatti lmao. They do say beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I've no doubt there are many peeps out there that would think your motor is worth 10 or more times what that guy said and many who would think our cars are scrap. I wouldn't be insulted by the valuation. Laugh it off Nice Zed btw
  5. Haha looks like the joke went straight over my head! I was genuinely expecting a different vid
  6. how did you get your covers so black? Or is it just the photo? Looks good! I've always kept them quite clean and the last couple of times I've used this. http://www.halfords.com/motoring/car-cleaning/interior-cleaning-vacuums/meguiars-ultimate-protectant-dash-trim-restorer-355ml Works well! Very clean bay. Like it
  7. Finished mmmmmm and no shiny parts, different Haha, I did say edging closer to finished Mark Had to get rid of the polished plenum from you due to the Kinetix but am going to fit polished core and strut braces to make up for the missing bling
  8. Yep, spacers. Still not a perfect fit though as the right side of the cover is slightly, a few mm, raised. Fortunately I'm not a perfectionist!
  9. Finally got a slam panel on! Edging closer to finished
  10. Text this thread to a mate and he has sent it onto an old school friend who happens to be the video editor for Skysports F1 currently out in Bahrain. He reckons it could l get a mention on the show as it's now doing the rounds out there
  11. Welcome I'm in Abbots Langley so no doubt will see you around Watford soon
  12. Go for it, you'll be fine! Bleeding the system, if required, is the tricky bit. I managed a full Brembo setup upgrade on my import zed with no experience at all. Hadn't even changed pads before that
  13. I haven't adjusted mine yet so can't answer that. They were only setup on Tuesday by the garage for bedding in
  14. Annoying isn't it. You can cut them down but I hear the end never quite grip back on properly. Mine are cable tied flat. Not as neat as I'd like but does the trick
  15. Tarmac or Clark for new one or wait for another second hand to come up on here. You can always post a wanted ad as you never know who is holding onto parts Clark? Clark Motorsport, you'll find them in the Professional Traders section on here or their website is below. http://www.clarkmotorsport.co.uk/

  17. No problem with that mate except I usually send via UPS on a next day which is advised may increase to a 3-5 day delivery. PM me if you wish to go ahead
  18. Just got home and had a proper look. It's metal bud
  19. Result! Now does anybody want to buy my spacer??
  20. Good question! I got it from Tarmac, link below. Not sure of the material tbh. I'd say metal over plastic but it's probably something else. Maybe someone else will jump in and confirm?? Either way it's a quality part from a reputable company http://www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/350z_Motordyne_Basic_Plenum_Spacer/350MD516PS_.aspx
