  1. Is it only me who prefers the cleaner lines of the original DE bonnet?
  2. Well the wife has gone to Wimbledon for 2 days, the dog is fed, watered and walked, what to do on a wonderful summers evening in Devon? Of course get the Z out of the garage, top down for a blast over some of the South West's finest roads, finishing at your favourite pub. Pity SW Roads decided to put chippings on half the route
  3. Call Clark Motorsport a trader on here. Way to go is DBA slotted rotors and pads.
  4. Nice Ring pictures on your build thread. Aren't the headlamp bumper washers mandatory with Zenons?
  5. Well, how was it? Are you a proud new owner?
  6. Interesting to hear about how you find the car. Hope it works out for you.
  7. Thanks for that. I don't think he will be looking at this one, just seems not to be able to get any real info from the seller.

I will post pictures of my backside if you will to see which looks best
  9. Agree, also my advice to him. I am always surprised people don't retain photos of repairs if it's panel damage, makes it much easier to sell......unless of course it has been a major impact.
  10. You are not going to break it are you Alex?
  11. If it's Cat D it maybe worth him looking at that price. Seems poor that DVLA don't quantify the Cat damage on the V5.

I think the advantage of debadging the rear of the 350 is that it's not recessed like the 370 and looks so much cleaner without the burger!
  13. From the vendor apparently the bottom of the V5 just states repaired in 2013, but does not list either Cat C or D. Is that normal?
  14. Yes thanks Zeus, that is the one. He has been asked what's stamped on the log book, but is yet to reply.
  15. Hi a friend is possibly looking at this car. MX11RYY It is a silver roadster with black alloys. It is advertised as having been subject of an insurance claim so it's a Cat registered car. The trader cannot advise what damage occurred, which puts me off straight away, but I did say I would see if anyone on here recognises the car and can shed any light on the type of damage.
  16. That really is a beautiful looking car!
  17. Doesn't it just feel so great when she sails through with no advisories
  18. Can anyone confirm if one of the tensioners has a left hand thread? Cheers!
  19. If you have the 4 piece kit, the smallest pipe which goes from the top of the rad to the coolant overflow bottle does not fit, on the DE its a straight pipe but in the kit it's got lots of bends and is too short!
  20. Found it, is this right? Posted 27 February 2015 - 18:03 HOLD ON one of the tensioners is left hand thread !!! might explain why my squeak got worse after I tried to tighten it.
  21. Did I read somewhere during the search process that one of the bolts tighten up anti clockwise or was I dreaming?
