^^^ I would guess if they do produce the 50 and its a "special edition"" i doubt they would be doing colour to order imho.

I reckon at €900K you can have it any colour you want.

I cant tell if its the gold that makes this look horrible to me or if it just is?

Are they all gold or are there any pics in other colours?

Currently this is the only one.  I had a good chat with the electronics engineer on the day and they had only finished building it on the Weds. All the other imagery you've seen previously is CG.

It's all CF so would expect a much lower kerb weight.

No actual stats available on the car due to newness, but the engineer believed it was actually in excess of 600 lb ft torque and should easily be sub 2 seconds 0-62.

    True.

it'S the worst part of having a +10year old motor.

but better get it done first than last.

mines ready for filler. There is a little High spot on the arch Line that needs to be corrected, Otherwise it's into paint tomorrow and back to the garage!

    Hi All

We have a Performance Driver 'Track' Day taking place this Saturday 21st July - there is one place available if any member is interested in joining.  Now's your chance to work with chief instructor Colin and develop your driving knowledge and performance for the road and/or track.

Let me know if you'd like to join 9ff and Mr Ben this coming Saturday at Millbrook.

This car marks the one occasion where a ridiculously expensive car is released, and all I want someone to do is to buy it, never drive it and tuck it up in a garage never to be seen again :D

Luckily for you they've had some very firm interest from quite a few of the correct type of buyer so it looks very likely they'll build the 50. :D

Having seen the car in the flesh I can say that this is actually very pleasing on the eye. You can't appreciate it until you see it but there's lots of subtle lines.

Is it a rush to the bottom with Japanese car styling at the moment?! I'm shocked Nissan let them do that tbh, that's utterly revolting from every single angle.

I think they are in quite an experimental stage right now and some of the new design concepts probably have a lot of merit from an engineering and aerodynamic standpoint, but many aren't all that aestethically pleasing.

Innovation isn't always pretty you know, but eventually something useful may come of it and as the old saying goes you need to break some eggs to make an omelette.

Hmm, not so keen on this 'special' re-do for the anniversary. Flashback, if its sitting out static and you can get through crowds get some shots and diff angels to see it in the flesh as it were lol.

I'll see what I can do and post up whatever I can. Will be camera phone only though.
