  1. Arrived today cant wait to get them fitted! Cheers Chris Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
  2. I noticed they were in partnership with abbey when I looked on the website before. TDi is also a lot closer to me. RS was my other option as they're quite popular and also have the uprev licence. I was quoted £395 without VAT for the remap and £180 for 4 hours labour without VAT from RS. Think TDi is £402 for the the map but unsure as I'm waiting for a call back from them. Noticed this from the dyno results thread.
  3. With it being my birthday soon I thought it would be rude not to treat the zed to some presents Anyway I'm looking at having my next service carried out along with fitting some berks hfcs. Then also the uprev tune with a remap (and 12 months tax ). I've read that you get 5 different maps with the tune from TDi but theyre apparently changeable via the cruise control function? Meaning I would lose to option to use cruise control? Not too sure. Whereas I spoke to RS and they said it's just the one map as they don't see the point in having variable maps. Is it worth having the 5 maps if you do lose the cruise control function? Not sure what to do really. Both places I've heard are very good so it's just a question of which one

  7. Thanks! 275's Pretty chuffed with them. Will have to take some in better locations when the weather picks up! Wasn't overly keen on the colour until i seen her in person, love it now
  8. Cheers guys will look into entering next month! Few more photo's updated
  9. The only bad comment I've received so far is that it's apparently a 'hairdressers car'. Apart from that it's been all good
  10. Here's a few pictures that my dad has done so far. Still some further work to be done but this is how they stand at the moment. More pictures to follow Update Anti-reflection before and after. Rear strut brace edit. Rear strut brace with edited background. Rippled reflection.
  11. Love her already Andy! Great sound but I'm already thinking about some HFC's and a Remap
  12. 23 years old, 4 years no claims, all mods declared - £775 fully comp with Adrian Flux.
  13. Thanks guys. I wasn't a big fan of the colour in pictures but in person it looks amazing! Pretty sure I seen you coming out of Asda in Queensferry not long ago in a silver Zed? I think he is after a 370Z
  14. Finally got some spare time to make a thread! Sad to see my old car go Saturday morning but it's onwards and upwards. I picked her up on Monday and I love it already. Big thanks to Andy, very helpful and certainly knows his stuff. Already have a few things in mind so let the modifications begin
  15. Looks spot on mate look forward to seeing you on Monday!
  16. Looks like its been sold as it's been taken down. Ah well back on the search again!
  17. Oh yeah I understand but there's a bit of a difference between 50 and 200 quid. To him it shows I'm not going to mess him about. Although on the other side if the coin he could take my money and never speak to me again. This has been the first time I've tried to purchase a car which is that far away. I usually go to view the car, agree a deal then leave a deposit and pick it up another day. In this case I can't do that as its 230 miles from where I live.
  18. Yeah I did think that after I wrote it to be honest. It's one of them really as the original plan was to just use my online banking with my iPad while I was there. I've not heard anything back after I sent that message anyway so that's probably the end of it.
  19. I basically said - "I don't feel comfortable handing over that amount of money to someone who I've never met/car I've never seen. I am 100% serious about buying your car and I will arrive with the full amount in cash. If you would like to continue talking to other people about your car that is fine. If you still have your car on Saturday then let me know and I will travel on Sunday to pick it up." Seems pretty fair to me. Like you said if It's not meant to be then its not meant to be. That's fair enough then if its a common problem. Thanks for the help/replys
  20. What sort of money would I be looking at to have the bolster repaired? Pretty picky when it comes to wear on leather seats. We have agreed on 10,200 and a full tank of fuel. He wants 200 deposit via bank transfer which I am pretty wary about. Seems a genuine seller but you just don't know
  21. I'm going to view a 313 this weekend. Is it possible for anybody local in the Hertfordshire area to come view it with me? It's located in Puckeridge which is about a 4 hour drive from home. I've asked all the typical questions that you would generally ask (also used the buyers guide on here). Any further help would be much appreciated. http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201402131770068/sort/default/usedcars/page/2/onesearchad/used%2Cnearlynew%2Cnew/radius/1500/postcode/ch51an/model/350_z/keywords/313/make/nissan?logcode=p
