Got two new rear tyres from my local place today (£162 ea) and they handed me a voucher to apply for a £40 fuel gift card from Michelin
2 or more 17 or 18" tyres get £40
2 or more 19" tyres get £60
Worth thinking about if you are in the market for tyres

I've heard only good things about the hertz amps , bought a used ep4 for my skyline based on some of views I read , might be convinced to part with it if you are interested as I never got around to fitting it
One of my main reasons for selecting that particular Pioneer amp was its size, so I could fit it discreetly away. What size is the EP4 you have and what sort of money are you looking at?
Probably best if you google it and use the official dimensions rather than mine , I'm looking for £50 plus post which is what I paid , it's all boxed etc in great condition
If you want something smaller check out the vibe range , I had fitted on of their amps under the passenger seat on my Evo , quite small but very punchy amps

Bump as long as it's not raining or freezing cold I'll be there

I did my naughty boy course a few months ago and they told me that you are technically still breaking a law by using a mobile phone with a hands free kit unless you specifically have steering wheel controls. Even then it can be used against you in a prosecution situation.
For example they cited a bloke who crashed into another car who jumped a red when this drivers was on green.
The law stated that he was not driving with due car and attention as he did not check the junction was safe to proceed and was also found to have been not he phone at the time of the crash WITH a hands free kit.
The law sucks bone
Due care and attention is a different offence to the phone thing , its illegal to use ie have in your hand any device that can receive or transmit data , that includes iPod touch or even using the phone as a MP3 player it's not illegal to use a phone in a cradle or hands free kit
I would take a lot of what you hear on one of those courses with a large grain of salt
Anything that draws your attention from driving has no place IMO , my mum was nearly killed by a guy who crossed into her path whilst opening a pack of sandwiches, it's easily done and only takes a second

Can I just tag onto this , does the fitting of the spacers have a detrimental effect on the handling?

Find a local upholstery place. Ask them for a quote.
It won't be cheap though.
If you're anywhere near the North East, I full recommend Hide N Seat.
+1 for hide n seat , he did my steering wheel and gearknob on my skyline , did a great job

Seems 350z owners are made from strong stuff , can't ever remember going to any car meets in November before , bit cold for me but great to meet you all
