The car was in for paint and other bits through the winter and spent about 5 months off power completely. Now I can't seem to get more than 16mpg tops whereas 24 was more the average. Do I need to do the pedal dance? Will that help to reset the ECU? NO other alterations to the car in this time, just cosmetic...!

Just picked this up off the forum and fitted it at the weekend aaaaaaaand...nothing. Display is dead, no power. And the loud pedal stops working. I've followed the guide on here for fitting and it was actually really simple - not much to go wrong? The cable that connects the control box to the car (the BIG white plugs) doesn't seem to 'click' into place - and i know some people have reported this in the past, and that it's normal? Other than that all the connections are solid. I wondered - does the unit just refuse to turn on ONLY if there's an issue with power reaching it? (I used the ODB connecter, not hard wired) Or does one faulty connection ANYWHERE just render it dead? Are there any members near Chesterfield that have one fitted that could help, or compare mine to?

Would you consider posting the reflectors?

Get cheese wire or similar to get right under the spoiler - it helps.

Just a quick query - are these interchangeable? I'm about to buy a facelift bumper for a 53 plate and wondered if it was a straight swap? I know there's cosmetic differences, but do they just bolt on the same?

Yep - easy to fit, just get some double sided tape behind them. Rear one has the locating pins at the back.
