I have to say I thought the same as docwra he could have gone round the mog, I watched it again, the island does restricted that option I recon in a decent "sporty" car he could have got round him so maybe if the pug was the mog they could have missed each other, BUT taking on board other comments - age of the pug the fact he was under heavy breaking I doubt that even if he had turned the wheel he would have made it round and if he didn't the impact could have been worse.

 

Mind you if he had of had a sporty car with decent tyres and brakes he probably would have managed to stop anyway.

I'm going to drive stelvio pass in ten days time and as it's getting to the end of the season so im slightly worried about snow, i should be driving it middle of the day but thinking i should take snow chains to be safe.

The problem is ive got tein lowering springs so 15mm less clearance, any suggestions, i dont really want to put winter tyres on if i can avoid it because i will be sorning the car from Nov - March.

Just checked with the boss and she said ok so will be there again.

I cant add from my tablet so will put my name on the list later!

Just p@%!:ed the other half off by telling her i need to go to this one.

If it's ok with you can you put me down but i will have to leave mid p.m. as we are having a surprise party for my son leaving for a four month stint to Aus!

One of our group came from Southampton, mega miles but well worth it, i think all our group are still grinning and yes it was Tuesday. Weather was fantastic most of the week.

Shame you werent there last week, you would have seen 4x 350's 2x 370's an Infinity Q50 and a BMW 335 but we also suffered from a lack of views at the top, best bit for us was passing a cyclist, we did this as part of the NC500

Just back from doing Scotland's NC 500, we met a guy at the "evo" bridge who said Top Gear were there last week filming and it should be on next week's show, some bits must be filmed close to broadcast, the studio bits have massively improved and Evans is clearly taking a back seat to MLB in the studio.

I told my other half i wanted a Vulcan but she's not keen on selling her organs to pay for it.
