Hi all, Need some help/ advice (please :]) .. Used a obd reader and the following code of 'p0300 multi cyl misfire' came up... Has anyone had this before and have an idea of what's gone bad ? Oh and there's no engine management light on and the zed seems to be driving ok and not rough. Thank you for any input you can give .. Much appreciated!

Hello, Was wondering would it be 'better' to either decat or even get high flow cats for the zed before a remap/flash? Even though I might not run decats on all the time, due to noise (as find my cat-back noisy enough as it is). Many thanks for any answer given

The man has trouble changing the aerial, OBD Reader might be a bridge too far..! £5K is a good price for a 53 Kuro in good nick. lol. True, but you just plug n go...literally 😄 ...It'll be worthwhile buy, think they are like £15 on eBay and will give you peace of mind. It's like a USB port on the bottom right hand of the steering wheel.

Yea seems like an gd deal assuming nothing wrong.. Get an obd reader so you can see if there are any store codes, might help and show u condition of engin/car?

Welcome I had the same with the struts.. Replaced mine with sgs engineering ones for I think £50-£60's.

When I put my cobra resonated on I still had My japspeed y pipe on and it had a very nice e burble to it. Within an hour of fitting the new exhaust the y pipe got a massive hole In it so the next day we put the original y pipe back on and at idle it was noticeably tamer than before. I'm thinking about getting another aftermarket one myself I just hope it won't drone any more than it already does! Did u notice the exhaust being noisier with the aftermarket y pipe?

Any chance of putting a video or clip up here so we can see what the buddy exhausts sound like? ðŸ˜

I've only just begun my journey with the zed and recently changed to a cobra exhaust. Considering my next purchase to be a y pipe but is the stock one that restrictive that I'll notice a difference with a new down pipe ? 😄

Hi all., I noticed that whilst going backwards only (reverse or just letting it roll back in neutral) my zed has this squeal noise. :/ Anyone know what this could possibly be or experienced this before? Thanks in advance for any help.

Something similar happened to me before.. And it was the brake fluid that needed attention. Top it off and/or check for any leaks

Just out of interest, I've seen those headlight restore kits such as turtle wax and they use sandpaper.... would this now scratch up the headlights? :/

Thanks for responses.. Yea I was getting it pretty cheap from my mate's work colleague.. As I wanted a slightly better tone to the exhaust and think stock uk is better than import ones for this. By weak points... Can anyone elaborate on this please?

The exhaust seems quieter ...wouldn't say this is an advantage (unless u prefer less noise) 😄
