  1. Been up at silverstone today with my uncle in his new 991 gt3 and a few friends m3 e92, 350z, and a megane r26r.

Overall a great day with some serious cars out there!

I was only a passenger today as I couldn't get my zed booked on last minute.

I was lucky enough to have a few laps in each car.

The 991 is just a sensational machine and doesn't fail to put a smile on your face.

I still can't get over the noise it makes! Pulls hard all the way to 9000rpm.

The m3 has had a fair few bits done, running at around 450bhp and to be honest was giving the gt3 a run on some of the longer sweeping corners.

All in considering the m3 is almost 3 times cheaper than the porsche it certainly didn't feel out of place playing with the big boys.

The r26r was absolutely ridiculous, obviously couldn't keep up on the straights but stick it into any corner and it just went round them! It seemed the harder you push it the more grip there was! Best bang for your buck I would say!

The 350z was just happy to be there 😃

  2. Ok so today was the first day the mk1 has been brought out the garage in about 5 years. New battery and service to be Carried out this week.

It took about 10 minutes to initially get it running.

    Anyway I will

Update once it has passed its mot and has tax starting in April.

  3. not such a little step ladder if you please

as far as i can tell - if this path is marked down on council records as PROW (public right of Way) .... even though its your land - you can't fence it off

but you can apply collectively to have it removed as such .............. but don't hold your breath

Is there any chance that when the council sold off the allotment land to have houses built on they would have removed the ROW access off of the pathway or does this sort of thing not happen?

Sorry still new to all this.

    Thanks

  4. Thanks for replies on this!

I am very interested in looking into this further as explained the pathway leads no nowhere or not to the original stated allotment garden land.

It doesn't mention anything about access to the rear of our gardens as these are obviously all fenced off.

But as mentioned getting the access removed from this land will probably be a lot more hassle than it's worth.

I will look into this further.

    Thanks

    Ross
