Loving the Engine Bay looks really . Would be interesting to see how you did those LEDs in the kick plates, bet they look really good when fitted.

Sorry if this is a bit of a noob question but i have fitted a kenwood HU and experiencing the lack of volume problem. I'm just wondering if you cut off the RCAs will you still be able to configure the pre outs as before? For e.g. set up the crossovers and the subwoofer?

Ye it was alright tbf, worse bit was finding a place for all the wires behind the HU. It's a bit tight haha. Just plucking up the courage to get a rear view camera and do that now 😄

Hi Tarmac Not long bought a Zed so bit of a newbie but have just found out after a bit of a track day my mid section has snapped. So thinking of replacing the back box while I'm at it. So just wondering are you still doing this deal as love the sound of the Induction Kit too? Will probably be looking at non-resonated system I think Thanks Shaun

I also changed the Bose stereo out. Although I found after putting a Kenwood double din HU in it wasn't quite as loud as the Bose HU - so not sure if I did something wrong or if its just the particular HU I used. At least I can listen to my Iphone and CD's now though

Just wanted to say thank you AFTERSHOX. Just fitted my Kenwood head unit and wouldn't have been able to do it without your guide, it was very informative and all the pics really helped

Hi all New to the forum so thought i would introduce myself. I'm Shaun and I bought a 05 350Z in black with GT pack a couple of weeks ago and must say I'm loving it. My last car being an N/A MR2 I'm enjoying the power upgrade . Already swapped out the Bose Head unit with help from the guides on here. Will hopefully be doing a few more mods, possibly new exhaust and induction kit so nothing major but I'm a bit of a noob with these things so any suggestions would be welcome Looking forward to lots of zed fun
