  1. Just sold my 59plate fn2. Would never go back now, the 350z is a different animal. Pm me if you want to ask more questions
  2. Cheers folks, had it just over a week now and iv'e fallen in love with it. Can't wait to start personalizing it subtly
  3. Free bump, you do have to remove THRee bolts inside the wheel arch. Two are a corse thread self tapping screw type screw, and the other one holds that metal bracket on, thats a normal bolt. That bracket you showed is normal this bracket... It has two plastic clips securing it to the bumper as you can vaguely see in the pictures, but one proper screw that holds it inside the wheel arch liner. Did mine today and used this guide thank you . If your bumper doesn't have the two clips holding the bracket to it then you will only need to remove two screws, the below picture taken from another guide on here shows the two clips missing, so when you undo the normal two bolts the bracket stays attached to the car. If your bracket is secured to the bumper like in this guide then you will need to remove the extra screw and the bracket will stay attached to the bumper . Hope that clears it up a little for any future readers. The plastic clips that attach the bracket to the bumper are supposed to be there, and the part number for these clips ( if you're missing them) is 01553-01A50
  4. I just sold my Civic FN2 and bought a revup 350z. Wouldn't go back to a civic, or possibly anything fwd. rwd is too much fun.
  5. Need a set of wheel arch liners for my 350z, facelift If that makes any difference? Need all the lugs intact please.
  6. Yeah its not a new panel job, somebody will pull it, fill it and paint it. If you find a good bodyshop around lancaster do let me know as i'm want my bumper/bonnet spraying.
  7. Could of been worse, least it wasn't azure or GM
  8. Its a big enough difference to matter. I would double check you have 8.5" on the rears as you should be running 245 on those.
  9. Whats the lead time on these buddy or are they in stock ready to rock ? I'de like a set if possible (front stoptech slotted)
  10. Picked one up today, still the same, even drilled the old one out. Wondering if this is how they are meant to be....i'l have to see if there's another local 350z for me to look at unless somebody fancies looking like a weirdo and making a video for me lol.
  11. Really? You won't be saying that when your budget tyres send you towards a hedge.
  12. Was this the one you got buddy ?
  13. Got the offending plug out, it had broken and wouldn't tighten up and the plate holder was wobbly and doing my head in ! I'l message alex see if he can sort me one out. The part number is definately 62284-81F00. The offending plug.
  14. Plate holder is fine, its just the bits that are in the bumper that i need . Stupid design !
  15. Have done that in the past, but my private plate (on pressed plates) won't be going on yet. I sort of like keeping stuff OEM too. Really? You say that but just wait til you get bitten by the Zeditus bug! I have pressed legal plates ready to go on, not sure how they will bend though :/. I think the part number i need is 62284-81F00 Think they look like this...
  16. Have done that in the past, but my private plate (on pressed plates) won't be going on yet. I sort of like keeping stuff OEM too.
  17. I'm in need of the nuts/plugs whatever they are called that sit inside the front bumper to hold the black plastic number plate mount on. The bolt tightens so much then just spins so i assume they are fecked. Its the part in the diagram below- Full product number is blanked out though - At least i think it is... 62652E GROMMET-SCREW **284-81F00
  18. Found your post last night and bookmarked it, cheers fella.
  19. Ah cheers folks, il have a search around as i do remember reading something about that valve. Are they all work off one pump, windscreen washers, headlight washers, rear washers ? Headlight washers are powerful enough its just the windscreen washers that sort of dribble out.
  20. On my cars previous MOT it says " washer jets weak " it was done at a kia garage so i'm thinking maybe they just don't know what they are talking about with regards to the 350z or maybe they are weak. They just sort of put water onto the top of the wipers and the wipers spread it, is this normal ?

    350z Floor Mats

Aye go on then i'l have them.
  22. Can i get a price on the stoptech slotted fronts delivered please.
  23. Just road use, won't be doing any track days although spirited driving where suitable will apply .
  24. I need discs/pads all round for my 06 350z. I ran DS2500 on my FN2 but i have since read they are not road legal ? How can something that helps a car stop better be illegal is beyond me and i don't want to invalidate my insurance, a little gutting tbh as they are a seriously good pad. What other options do I have, am i right in saying its the fronts that matter more than the rears, i have always been told the rear of cars don't need the performance stuff and OK pads/discs will do. I have done a bit of hunting around but the traders know what their latest offers are, what do you have for me guys ? Will always try and keep my business within the forum if possible as i like to support sponsors. Before anybody bites my head off, i'm still sat here searching the forum and doing research, not just sitting on my fat backside waiting for everybody else to do the hard work .
