Been enjoying the car for a few months now and quite happy with how it is, however I'll always want more!

Thinking about supercharging next year if I can get the funds, so the first step towards this is a better, true dual exhaust, so I've placed an order for an Invidia Gemini with Tarmac my Cobra resonated cat-back will be up for sale as soon as I've fitted the Invidia if anyone is interested. Next up will be some Berks decats I think and a tweak of my UpRev to take these breathing mods into account.

Without a few mods the 350z feels big and heavy compared to an S2000. I went from a 2004 S2k to 2007 350z HR in October and I'm still missing the S2k. It's a tough act to follow.

I'd highly recommend some stiffer springs and some Eibach ARBs, completely transforms the car. The ARBs are by far the best thing I've put on my Z.

It's just a random number plate with some random numbers that no one would have thought twice about until some idiots decided it was offensive to them. He said at the beginning why he chose the Porsche and it being so rare with only 2 in the UK, it's had that plate on it all its life, Top Gear are completely innocent. Every country has its nutters though I guess.

Apart from the MaxPower/chav brigade sitting in a McD's carpark or similar. I just start mine, put my belt on & off I go.

Concerning reliability and engine damage .... From all the reading I've done on here and the US forum .... Yes a few have gone bang and quite alot have had bad power figures due to the supplied ( carb approved map) mapping from stillen . They also map their cars for 91 obtain .... We have better fuel than them . The ones that have had a proper tune ( on here and US) have done loads of miles with no problems . The stillen kit looks to be a very good supercharger package but it must be fitted (along with essential upgraded components )and mapped perfect to minimise the risks to the engine long term ...... Luckily we have some very good tuners on here who know the vortech kit and zed engines very very well.

The reason the supplied Stillen map isn't very good and doesn't produce good numbers is because it's locked and cannot be modified by tuners in the US due to the laws over there. The 'international tune' they supply outside the US is just a base map to get the car started then you have it properly tuned by your preferred tuner. Stillen themselves told me this.

The kit also comes with everything needed out the box to produce 450-500bhp, no extras needed, just a decent tune. You can add other bits if you want but Stillen don't recommend any.

NY53 is parked in The Crown pub/Travelodge car park in Felbridge, I see this most days on the way home from work.

EN57 at the Copthorne roundabout today around 1030am had some aftermarket body kit/bumpers looked really good. I was in the van so didn't flash.

It's when you corner too hard and your wheels turn into the Big Issue.

I know, I went through the same process when I did my 350z SC, I know exactly how you feel

It's so annoying how cheap these kits are in the US compared to over here.

I spoke to them about their supercharger kit and I mentioned Torqen was offering some kits on our forum, they said they never heard of you and to be careful because, and I quote, you "may be some bloke sitting at home in his underwear"

Are you able to get the 'international tuner cable' so the car will run? I'll be self installing so being able to drive to Abbey to get it tuned would be good.

Edit - actually saying that, by the time I've spent £500 on a cable it would be cheaper just to get it transported there, would be nice to make sure it all works first though.

With the turn key, don't you take it to be properly tuned after? I thought that was just a base map for home installs so people can drive to their preferred tuner to be set up properly?

Will you be offering this kit in 350Z HR version?
