  1. I've bought some spikes and I'm hoping to modify the bits that I buy to take the spikes because I can't find any spiked wheel nuts that aren't for trucks or mega bucks! Would be really helpful to know the size so I can decide whether to buy those ones or not Don't suppose you could do a little old man a favour? 😇😇🙈 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Who make these ones mate? Is it Titan? Don't suppose you know what the measurement of the internal drive hole is? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Those are my size choices because of a couple of things. I love the fat tyre look. The current 275's I feel are lacking in traction slightly. Im leaning more towards the 295/35 and the 255/35. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Hi guys, So I have my new wheels on the way and really can't decide on what tyre sizes to pick. The wheels are 19x11 rear and 19x9.5 front. My two choices are: 295/35 & 255/35 or 285/40 & 245(255?)/40 Give me your opinions and why! Cheers!😬 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Still after one! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Looking for a black Zunsport grille for a DE. Preferably second hand! Cheers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I find wheel nuts a lose lose situation on ally or steel. Ally have a reputation for coming loose or binding to the stud with them being soft and 'orrible. But they keep their colour better with them being anodised rather than painted. On the other hand steel are safer but are just powder coated so the paint just wears away if you take your wheels off more than once or twice. I came up with an idea to put heat shrink over them to use as a cover, which worked for the most part but didn't look 100% IMO. So then I just put shotgun cartridges over my wheels nuts which looked cool but even they rusted eventually! Like you say internal drive are the way to go I reckon. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. Pikey would have done a better job!! I'm afraid that was the contractors that work for the housing company that built my estate... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Small update - So went to sainsburys during my lunch break on Friday after having a run around to show a friend what the car can do! Got back from the shop and went to start the car to hear the fuel pump change note before I started the car. Attempted to start the car and it wouldn't. Then I smelt some lovely fuel and thought, oh bother. Called back into work and got a friend to come out with a jack and and some tools to investigate, hoping that a connector had popped off or something. Jacked the car up and found that the stainless steel braided fuel hose had ruptured. On further investigation, I found that over a long time the sump had been wearing away at the fuel hose and it had frayed the stainless braid and weakened the rubber underneath. This was due to poor routing of the fuel line. So I went back into work and grabbed some snips, 10mm stainless steel tube, and two hose clips. After a long haul of tearing at stainless steel with blunt side cutters, managed to bodge it and get home. Jet pilot (Jon) got a swift phone call to find out information on the fuel hose and was kind enough to post me the length he had left over after having it fitted in the first place, and today I changed it. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the hole or the bodge. But take it from me, they were both spectacular! This is the material that was worn away by the fuel hose, on the sump. I think my car weighs more than a Lorry... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. What are the different prices for cars and passengers etc? I would like a ticket for me and the girlfriend and another for a mate and his girl. He doesn't own a 350z but if we need to fill the stand he will be more than happy to fill in! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Ah that's awkward, I'm changing to black 🙈 haha purple was a choice of the previous owner, I liked it at first but then grew to dislike it. So they are being changed and will be up for sale soon 😬 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Right so, small/ medium sized update. Got some goodies from Tarmac Sportz. Got myself some side steps, TS style diffuser and some g35 splash guards. Took me a couple of hours to fit, realising that I was missing a fair few bolts/screws bearing in mind this is the first time since buying the car that I have been near these parts! Just got a couple of pics of the finished products. I wish they made a top secret style diffuser that goes all the way across the bumper instead of having vortex diffusers! I did order wheels too, but we had a slight problem with JR sending out the complete wrong wheels. Which was fun. More updates to come! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. 1: who's going? 2: do we have a club stand? 3: can I come?! Please... 🙈🙈 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Hmm didn't mean to start something on your for sale thread, was genuinely intrigued. Sorry for the others... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Forgive my ignorance, but what's the supposed benefit from this Russ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Was it definitely a DE splitter that you bought though? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Were yours both HR ones? What's the difference between to the two?? I can't think of anything. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I had the bumper off and two friends and we still couldn't get the bumper to flex enough to fit it in! There was just too much bumper and not enough splitter. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. No the 'turnbuckles' are not a requirement of fitting the splitter matey Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Not what I wanted to hear! Did you have a similar problem to me? I couldn't get the bumper into the recess on the splitter, it was just too small no matter how I flexed the bumper or myself! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Hello all, I previously had a Stillen splitter on my old 350z. However it was an absolute a***hole to fit as it was just too small for the bumper. So in the end I had to cut the bumper and from close up it just didn't look perfect. I'm wondering if I possibly had been delivered an HR splitter instead of a DE one? How's the fit on all of yours? Cheers in advance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. What issues matey? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Haha okay then, I need a change of plans! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
