All I done is open valve a bit more Not close it . When it was mapped the valve was closed a bit more then I have it now . Might go adjust it back to how it was

Idle set at 900 rpm.The noise was not the normal bypass swoosh jet noise it was like a metal whistle just as I hit the gas

Yea it's been mapped. I've only adjusted it because of the whistle noise was getting on my nerves wish I never touched it now

Hi all im getting metal whistle kind of sound from bypass valve ? I see there's a jam nut with a Allen key adjustment in the middle what I need to know is how many threads need to be showing ? Thankw vortec27
