  1. I'm next to Exeter. Any local members I can chuck a crate of beers too for the help? I'm here till the 16th then I'm back to London.
  2. Thanks biscuit but work in West London and live in Devon so sadly not local, I have mechanic friends though so will ask them. Thanks peeps.
  3. Thanks guys, how much is the sensor to replace? I might get the garage to order it now.
  4. The car was doing it before the service, they changed the plugs. Thanks guys, to check the MAF, how long will it take to check/labour etc? I don't do any work on the car, I haven't the time or knowledge to do anything to "advanced". I've re-booked it in to the place that originally did the service asking them to fix that particular fault and they haven't, they should technically look at it again without charging? I don't mind paying, I dont want to pay twice though considering the original service cost me £436.
  5. Hi guys, got 2002/03 350Z import, its apparently got 40k miles on the clock, I had it serviced/new tyres, 2-3 weeks ago but I have this problem and it is gradually getting worse. If I was to cruise at 80mph, you wouldn't notice anything, it works fine cruising, no misfires, nothing. When I do a twisty road and I'm on and off the throttle quite hard this is when it happens. The engine feels like it's not running on all cylinders, loss of power etc, steering wheel vibrates a little more than normal, so I go back to cruising, idle along, then 5 minutes later it's fine. It basically happens when I have my foot down 90%+ on the throttle like something is flooding. If I drive it hard, then sit at some traffic lights, it doesn't idle smoothly, it pops and farts, has never stalled though. When serviced(not a Nissan dealer because it's quite far away) but still a garage with a good rep, they said the computer came up with zero faults. Any ideas?
  6. East coast is a million times better than West. West is nothing, Perth is the most boring city I have ever visited and the people are just as dull. Plus there's too much sand. Enjoy the drive through alcohol shops.
  7. When they interviewed the copper, he got it spot on. He liked the diversity and atmosphere and at night, it is very relaxed, only problem being a few loud cars. I once had to drive a Lamborghini LP640 or whatever they are called from a mansion in Surrey to a restaurant in Knightsbridge/Park Lane. Perk of the job. We meaning "security professionals"(Arf) welcome it as the super rich guys have a backup vehicle following them with a 3-4 man security team, all on £225-£300 a day staying in luxury hotels for 2-3 months. I will be with my Arab family again but sadly only for 3 weeks. A very easy number with the only threat being pi**ed up people in kebab/burger bars.
