Seen that before, there's loads floating around Dorset. I do a lot of driving 1000 miles last week alone, I see sooo many 350s, they are a fairly common site. Defiantly the most common Zcar on our roads. Most seem to be silver.

I know it's a different car but its the same front engine rwd platform. When I first got my zed I was pretty bored by the handling, I'd come from a sorted Capri that I'd owned for years, so I knew how to drive it. The zed felt well as you desribe really, not very exciting. Then two things happened, firstly I realised I could go wayyyyyyy faster round corners and I then had my alignment sorted and replaced some worn crap. I quickly realised at this point it was very planted and I could go even faster. Moral of the story is get it checked out then try harder. Front wheel drives are a lot easier to drive fast at first, but once you learn to drive a rwd car properly you will kill things. Robert who lives in Hampshire, his z32 which the rolling stock is pretty stock just prolly bushed etc, that car is faster round a track even in the wet that a 911 turbo. Get it checked out mate.

Nicely played boys, I will not drive my z in the wet, its not enjoyable lol. Just stressfull. whats the crack with djcc these days? I cant even work out where theyre main forum is let alone when meets are coming up.

this is why I haven't gone for one, the insuarance was more the fuel was similar. performance was similar overall, so mr Nissan hasn't really got himself very far over the last 13 years since the z32 went out of production. I like the 350z modern looks and how its more of a sports car than a grand tourer, its a nice car but weighing the two up il be sticking with my z32 and spending the cash on that instead

Fairladys and the other global names such as 350 etc have been labelled under the z.. chassis tag since the z31 or the orginal 300zx from the early 80s. the earlier 240z,260 and so on are labled slightly differently. If you label the up as the relevant z number its easier than saying fairlady as it could be any number of models and esp for the z31/32 owners saying 300zx you could mean either, and they are very different beasts.

Everyone that doesn't see z33s must be driving around with there eyes closed. I do about 30k a year so a few miles but I see at least 3 everyday, infact ive seen two today and ive not even been to work, a white one and a blue one. and a black z34 for that matter.

Well the reason I say 150k is normaly esp wiyh the vg30dett the forced induction is abused or mis maintained causing that sort of life expectancy. The 350 being na should suffer less from this. But as I say maintaince or lack of it, is the kill or cure.

Well the vg30 that your engine was its predessor, has regularly been seen to hit 300k but 150k is more realistic, serving is a massive factor and I expect the z33 to follow suit. Over time they will suffer neglect due to being too reliable, thats when they v8 will start breaking.

im looking at some point to get my filthy mits of a set of the front brembos and the discs to go with them, how much should I expect to pay for them? ive seen a few sets go on ebay for silly ebay prices.

Hi there met a few of you guys at japfest this year and ive met one or two locally, as you can tell by my screen name im part of the big brother club, with my jdm 1990 twin turbo manual z32. So why have I joined 350z-uk? two reason firstly to get some joint meets going and encourage the z family and secondly to keep my eyes posted for some of those lovely brembos bolted to the front of your z33s and a good no ebay price hahaha. anyways hello this is my zed...
