Looking for blue interior LED bulbs. Tried the search but all previous links were to places that dont stock blue (autobulbs etc). There is some on fleabay...but would prefer to buy better quality. Any links appreciated.

Was thinking more about fwd facing cameras on bridges over motorways and the likes...

Are we talking about the reg plate or the "middle finger" sign Nah, middle finger is a requirement these days for dosy f**kers on our roads. The drop down plate thing has been used many times on bikes, for let say small infringements with speed. Most plods take a very dim view off it...hence the notion on bikes has fadded, as not worth the hassle and fine.
-
Emmm, is this legal. Aint with a motorbike. Plod finds you have fitted one...hefty fine.

Maybe obvious..but recheck battery connections. Could a loose connection cause fuel pump not to get full power...or something along these lines? Also when you started it after battery disconnected...did you have foot on gas? again not sure about 350z...but Evo ecu learns after battery disconnection so always let it idle for 10-15 mins before taking it for a spin.

Facelift ones now on fleabay - look good on the black z.

I use maguires, but that's because it came with car. Any good quality item should be fine...just remember to use a cleaner first. They normally come in kits.

As soon as he mentioned her ring I got the smutty head on!!!

If you get one that has had the DRC (suspension) swapped out - then they are pretty good / reliable. Regret selling mine! Should have sold the wife instead!

Disagree, it's been like that for years. £200 is naff all when running a performance car. Agree to disagree as some like myself like to have the performance but have to work on a budget . The main reason i chose the Zed TBH cheap and cheerful performance with realiability. Otherwise I'd be in a 06 to 08 RS4 right now. Had a March 06, RS4 - great car and cheap roadtax....best of both worlds. No more expensive to run that Z......apart from the additional 16k to buy. Surely fuel, servicing, parts must be a hell of a lot more than a 350z? Not really, unless you help fund Audi dealers, which when they see the RS badge bump prices up bigtime. Even saying that, a minor service was less than 240 quid for the RS4 at an Audi dealer. They always seem to have offers....and you can always use VW (VAG) for minor servicing. Consumables were only a few quid more than 350z stuff .... shop around and a set of GY F1 tyres were 650 fitted - and thats for 19s. Spark plugs - 8 instead of 6. Brake disc were expensive, but that was because no one really does aftermarket stuff cheaper. Was getting 21mpg vs 25mpg in the 350z. Insurance for z is 320, was 410 for RS4.

Was.out of my budget at the time even though i took a couple for test drives March 06 is a rare beasty and they are great fun . Apart from i had the dealer next.to me Was yours the saloon.? Yep dark blue saloon...traveled far to get it. Great cars....sh*t dealers though. Only sold it to trade up to a ISF. Wish I had kept the RS4. There are a few 55 plate RS4s hitting around.

Must be registered before the 12th March 2006 to qualify for cheap tax.

Sad but true.....the more they bump up the insurance, the more the likely hood that the young run about in uninsured cars. Then if they have an accident, claims are made, and the more the premiums go up. My eldest is 17 soon - getting quotes for around the 1k mark, but as soon as he has a license - it rockets up to 2K!!! Go figure. And so you reckon on getting a small box like car?? As statistics say, 1 in 5 have accidents. Would rather pay a few hundred quid more on something a bit more solid, in the event that something did happen.

I have a set of 18 standard wheels sitting without tyres. Currently rubbed down and ready for priming. Intentions was to get them primed, and either gummetal them (and keep), or sell them with the buyers option of what colour.

Quote Which is why I said it was more about what the owner of the car felt, rather than peoples perceptions. But even so, on here when there have been threads from people saying "should i buy an HR or a old 276bhp zed" the answer 9/10 is that if you can afford it go for the HR as its a much better car. And I was referring to the Joe Public`s perception of how much a car cost to purchase rather than the cost of tyres or servicing. Quote The HR is a much better car?? Its better, as it'll be newer, has been revamped and so on.....but get Joe Public to try both on the road and on the track, and I reckon he'd say the HR is slightly better. Prior to buying my 276, I didn't really know there was that much of difference....and I am a confirmed petrol head. If you've got the cash...by the newer one. But wouldn't expect performance times to be that much different. Same situation with various Evos.....everyone wants the bigger numbers (330, 360 etc)...but I test drove a 300 and a 330 and couldn't tell the difference.

Check intake piping...had similar on a Evo. Turned out to be clip hanging off airbox.

Just go and enjoy yourself...its a good day out and the run up (if weather is good) from central area is fun too. Never done Crail in a car, only a bike, but remember that after the run, you have a large outfield section before you get back to the start. Good fun on a bike, and probably just as much fun in a car, as its a wide open space with nowt to hit if mishaps occur.... Apart from anything else, it was interesting to browse about the stuff up there. As for times...just be sensible. No point in destroying a clutch. Don't expect great times, and DO expect to be trounced by most. And post some times up when you get back. You can ask for a results sheet - which will list other vehicles as well. Some of the times will shock you.

Cheers guys, appreciated. Teins it is then.

As per title, how low can you go spring wise before you need adjustable camber arms. Want to lower a little, but don't want expense of camber arms. Also most springs seem to drop about 30mm (which I assume would need camber arms)? Any make lower a little less? Its for a roadster (if that matters)...which I think it must as tein list different part numbers for coupe and roadster. Probably cause the roadster has a lardy ass.

What car are you coming from Luke? I find the 350z feels slow, but thats because my previous cars have either had big lumps up front, or were turbo'd. As for spinning in second - mine does a brief spin if its wet or when the tyres are cold - otherwise not enough power.
