    Something strange, just checked the mirror doesn't have the elements but I can't see the two black wires that plug in if it was a heated mirror (saw them on a guide for taking them apart)

    Are heated mirrors on both sides (driver and passanger) or just the one? The reason I ask is only my driver side seems to do it. Its a uk hr model.

    I was looking at a similar situation when I was buying, got them to respray the bonnet to get rid of stone chips. Same with the service history, it was getting close to the next one due so got them to do that with fresh MOT and tax, with the warranty as a back up, I didn't think it was massive gamble.

    I was just going to say, I did something similar on a different car, only looked minor damage (thinking wheel and lower arm) and it would have been but subframe was bent so ended up being a write off. fingers crossed

    Had ZZ3's on my r26 before,wouldn't buy them again, soft and not great grip even in the dry.

    I picked up my car at weekend and this has been one thing that has bugged me. Glad its fixable

    Owned a 182 and a 230, I prefer the 230, like said previously a bit more grown up and the extra gear makes any motorway journey more pleasant. Your getting near 230 money (private) for 6k now.

    Ya I was listening out for that but its definitely coming from the front. It was just a once off noise each time the clutch is released, is there whether from standstill or moving in all gears. Is there a video of the rear axle click I can compare to? Cheers

    I went to look at a 350z at weekend, it all seemed good, could do with some stone chips and marks being redone. One thing I noticed was when I let the clutch out the was a clicking/ping noise at the very top. It drove fine, didn't seem to be slipping. From my search I can't see this before, any ideas or is it nothing?

    Well hopefully soon. Just saying hi, I've been looking at 350z for quiet a while now (way before I could afford one) and I will hopefully have one in the next few weeks. I have a few questions but I'm sure they have been asked previously so I'll have a browse first Cheers Richard
