  1. 15th October 2013: Unfortunately due to doing a lot more miles with work, I am having to put the car up for sale. I have loved every minute of ownership and I would really like the car to go to a forum member if possible. Please see pistonheads advert: http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/nissan/350z/nissan-350z-silver-48k--stunning-car/1786421 Feel free to contact me for further details
  2. Up for sale is my 2006 Nissan 350Z in silver. The car has only done 48K, with lots of service history. I have a big folder of all the receipts for the previous work carried out. The car is taxed until May 2014 and the MOT isn’t due until March 2014. The last service was carried out at 45K. The car is in fantastic condition, with only a couple of minor marks that are expected for the year, the alloy wheels do have some kerbing and could do with a refurb, they are fitted with 4 good quality tyres (Bridgestone Potenza's on the front and Avon ZZ5's on the rear, all with good tread remaining). The paintwork is excellent and polished most weekends! The interior is in excellent condition too, the seats have no wear and look great, and the standard 6 disc CD head unit is installed with steering wheel controls. I looked at many 350Z’s before settling on this one, and the low mileage and brilliant condition were the things that made me go for this particular one. I have maintained the car to the highest standard, and given it the highest quality parts when needed, all of which I have receipts for. I am gutted to have to sell this car, but unfortunately I am starting to do a lot more miles with work and I can’t bring myself to pile the miles onto such a low mileage example. Please feel free to contact me for more information, photos or just a general chat about the car. Any inspections are welcomed. Feel free to bring a mechanic along. This car is absolutely faultless. There is 7 months tax remaining and MOT until March 2014. £6995 Contact: Dan 07592 996499 dan.metcalfe.mobile@gmail.com Location: West Yorkshire (Ten mins from Leeds Bradford Airport) I have already purchased another car so no part exchange offers please.
  3. This was my S2000. Running 75bhp nitrous shot. I loved it. I sold it to buy my 350z. Totally different cars, I love both in different ways. I would deffo have another.
  4. The owner of the car is on this forum, his username is deankenny. He put a post up a few days ago about the issues which will probably be useful to potential buyers. See here: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/75490-o-wow-got-a-diagnostics-check-confused/ Hope that helps.
  5. I've done it. eBay flip key and just transfer the internals. PM me if you need the details mate
  6. Update - 11th August 2013 Spent a few hours on Sunday wrapping my roof. I used a Carbon Fiber look vinyl. Really pleased with the result.
  7. 22/07/2013 Fitted a set of LED clear bumper reflectors to replace the standard orange ones. They look much better and great at night, a nice subtle mod.
  8. Fitted mine last night, nice and easy with the instructions. Really please with them.
  9. Got mine today thanks. Probably the best packaged product I have ever received!! Lots of bubble wrap! Going to try and fit them this week. Thanks again
  10. Thanks for the update mate. If you PM me with your details I will sort the payment out. Thanks again!
  11. Cheers Jaz :-) Good idea about the plasti dip. Also, there are always sets of those alloys popping up in the classifieds. I got a set for £150 from another forum member and had those done red, might be worth keeping your eyes peeled, at least then if it looks rubbish you can always put the originals back on. I say go for something bright! it's worth the risk!
  12. Ah that looks like my poor run with the scooby I lost traction and skip second gear.. Got me 14secs Any from my first with Silvia or last with Civic? Sadly not mate, that's the only footage I got of you :-(
  13. A few more of mine, A9H-RX I have a vid of yours: and this colour was stunning:
  14. My second choice was gunmetal. I still might get my other set done gunmetal!
  15. I bought a spare set of wheels just in case they looked rubbish! But luckily I think they look great! Yes it's lowered 30mm and has spacers too. The windows aren't tinted, although it looks like they are in that photo!
  16. Well it was a great day, weather was lovely. Unfortunately I arrived a bit late and didn't get to meet any of you...
  17. Was doing it in the garage (quite cold)! But dry and yes outside of the rear window. Everytime I peeled the backing off it pulled the letters off. I should have probably warmed it with a hair dryer
  18. Tarmac - the decal was almost impossible to apply! Was trying to put it on my window and it just wouldn't stick!! Was trying to do it for about 20 mins :-( I will have to wait until I buy something else from you and try again.
  19. Updated 28th July - Rear Wiper delete & Stubby aerial After looking at a few guides I decided to do the rear wiper delete, it was really simple and took around 15 mins. Photo Before: removed: I then decided to spray the black rubber grommet Silver to match the car, so it wouldn't really stand out. And finally: Really pleased with the end result, and spraying the bung made a huge difference, you hardly notice it now! Also, my stubby aerial arrived, thanks Chris (Tarmac). Looks so much better now!
  20. Payment Sent. Thanks! (When are the next batch due to be sent out? I'm at the Jap Show at Santa pod this weekend and would be great to get it before then, I've left it late I know )
  21. @Dave-350 - Nice one, I will PM you my number, I can get there a bit earlier too, i'm staying in a hotel down the road. @Munton 87 - Yeah would be good if we could get all the Z's together! Come and find us when you arrive!
  22. Park in the 'Show car paddock'! That's where mine will be. I've never been to Santa pod so wouldn't know where to start lol You can't miss it mate. It's free to park in the show bit too, much better than parking in the main carpark. Keep an eye out for my Z and feel free to come park with me Will do. What's the best time to get there by? i'm aiming to get there at about 9.30am to get a good place in the show bit!
