Have just bought front and rear dimpled & grooved discs - will post some pictures when they arrive.
Just by the way to the moderators/MTEC - the 350z-uk discount code doesn't work anymore as they seem to have changed to MTECBrakes.com; not a problem for me as they are running a 10% off offer at the moment anyway - but for the future would be good to get our discount back
I'll report back once I've used them a bit

25% more power, what utter nonsense!
Wow, 78 horsepower for changing fuel, can't argue with that
-
that's quite a lot
Favourites are the 350 (obv), 123d and the Z4 - but after reading your other thread, maybe not this Z4
-
Wow they should have covered the insurance - in which case it wouldnt have been as bad as you'd be whacking miles on their new beemer instead of yours...
-
So that's the reason you were so quiet today!
Well, I only use this, every now and then, one of the advantages of having the car vinyl wrapped!
This lasts me for about two years
Does it have to be the anti-bacterial one with eucalyptus? Not apple zing?

distinct lack of people around the M4!

remain above 4k rpm at all times and accelerate to the speed limit as fast as possible!!
it half says that on their website... "it is actually more efficient to briskly accelerate to the speed limit"
-
After looking a bit closer - there are 3 bars across the pre 06 grill too, only 2 bars on the post 06. I hadn't even noticed they were different apart from the reflectors!
-
lovely colour match there
-
The grill seems to be slightly different on my model to the ones in that thread? There seems to be a cut-out/indent for what I guess is the JDM number plate?
-
Not a fan of the zunsport grills to be honest, looks a bit too 'old school'.
Thanks for that Alex - having not taking the front bumper off yet, how easy is it to remove the existing grill pieces?
EDIT: never mind just seen page 2
-
When I first got my car I had a look for some aftermarket 'honeycomb' grills to replace the standard one - a year later and I've still not seen any, has anyone seen any for sale or know where I could find one? Or would it have to be a DIY job?
I'm thinking it would look like the Audi RS models, like the below image... I will attempt to photoshop when I get back home, unless someone better than me wants to try?

Hello and welcome! I work in Surrey

I have always filled up with momentum99 but I do wonder how much of the advertising of the 'premium' fuels is just bullshit; oh well...*goes and buys Nitro+*
-
scary - they really do look like they taking that quite slow
On board cameras are very deceptive. If you watch cockpit coverage of an F1 race they never seem to be going that fast.
Pete
very true!

Thanks

another video here from autocar... a lot of praise!
-
Interesting video, hadn't heard of this until now
-
I haven't looked properly under the car but I was surprised at how rusty the bolts were holding in the wheel arch liner
-
They look and sound great - lets just hope people fork out the money for them because they look amazing, as logically everyone 'should' go for a cayman or boxster
-
Well out of my price range but can't wait to hear some of these on the road. Might even say that the V6 model sounds nicer than the zed (which was by far my favourite V6 I'd heard until now)
The base V6 model pushes out about the same horsepower as the 370z, but is about £30,000 more! The V8 is almost 500bhp.
Very nice car though - hopefully there will be one at goodwood -
Thanks for the input guys, thinking I might just go for all 4 MPSS - dubious about the £5 MoT though zroar, can imagine they will fleece you on parts if you only pay £5 for the MoT
-
I'd be buying 2 fronts first (as my rears still have about 4.5mm left) so i'd be mismatched for a couple of months. I'm guessing unless I decide to go racing this wouldn't be the biggest issue?
edit: i'm happy buying the MPSS if they are noticably better; ashame there is no way to try tyre before you buy
