I've had 3 passengers in the last week comment on the heat of my car, they all seemed to like it ... 8-)
-
Tarmac, do you have facelift reflectors?
-
Audi have glacier white, and the 370z comes in quite a nice white colour I think
-
Is it weird that I'm looking forward to my zed being serviced... will be the first service since owning it so guess I'd like to know everything is running as it should

Around £630
I bet his arse dropped when he read that
To be honest before I got the car, this is the kind of price I was expecting for a V6 Sports Car... was pleasantly surprised by the quotes i've been getting!
Quite nice to see the massive variation in prices too - I live in the south so afraid you're a bit far away atkins666 or i'd go for that!
ZMANALEX - I'll give it a think and get back to you, definitely not confident enough to do it myself so i'll work out prices.
Cheers for the resposnes

Hi guys,
Need my P3 done soon for 36k miles, just wondering what sort of price I should be expecting?
Sorry if this is answered elsewhere, had trouble searching for it since you can't search for 'p3'

Off topic but how do you open the windows with the key? I've tried holding down the unlock buttons but doesn't do much
-
Lovely photos, good job

Sounds good to me

IT WILL BE FULLY PIMP

I was on the m3 at exactly this time yesterday! But I don't have any of these mods
-
My 2007 313gt with 29000 miles from a dealer was cheaper than that
-
I made a thread about this too, got shot down let me know if you manage it!
-
I'm definitely happy with the bridgestones - any opinions on part-worn tyres though? You can pick up 2x RE050As with 6mm tread for just over £100.

First off, I have read every sticky in here and read a few topics around the forum and its left me a bit confused.
I also read this: http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyres_For/Nissan/350z.htm - which seems to highlight cheaper tyres; cant help but think its maybe because most of the reviews are for FWD cars.
Anyway my problem is that I don't have the biggest budget for tyres, but I don't want to constantly feel like im going to slip off the road.
My car currently has Bridgestone RE050A's, the rears are ready to be replaced, but the fronts have still got quite a bit of grip.
The choices im thinking of are:
1) Buy some part-worn RE050As for the rear tyres - never done this before, are they safe or a good choice?
2) Buy all four tyres in a cheaper brand, maybe go back to the bridgestones in the future when I have a bit more disposable cash to replace the rears.
3) Accept that I need to buy brand new Bridgestones...
What do you think?

So as some of you know the 350z seems to LOVE stone chips, I heard a big ding on the motorway the other day, thought it was the windscreen but noticed this afterwards...
Please ignore the dirt this was after a 300 miles trip
Anyway i was thinking this was a good time to either:
a) Get some clear reflectors
or
Make/get some DRLs
Anyone know the best place to get either of these?
-
Went to get in my car and saw an almost identical one right next to me in the car park!
Anyone's on here?
-
Thread revival!
Was wondering if anyone had pics of a midnight zed with Black or White rays? Been considering doing it myself!
-
Seeing these pictures has really annoyed me...
Hope you get it sorted with minimal cost to you...
-
Has anyone tried this? I'm thinking of a mod something like on the Audi TT/BMW 3series.
Tiny little aerial centrally mounted on the roof instead of on the back - might mock up a picture later to see how it looks.
Just wondered if anyone had tried this? Or can think of any potential problem?

Feel the tunnel where the gearbox is at the side of your left foot inside the cabin all my chocolate melted on a drive out in the passenger footwell. I have decats though so its even warmer
this was the first thing I noticed when I got my car! Wondered why my left leg felt so hot...
How come it gets so hot from a mechanical point of view? Bad lubrication?
-
Good I'm used to small 4 cylinders so thought i'd best check
-
I was next to a Lamborghini Aventador the other week and thought the same thing... I felt like I was in a 4x4 next to it, the top of the car came up to my window!
Also makes the zed sound quiet

Hi guys - just wondered how much heat is normal from the engine? Noticed the other day I could feel the heat from the engine when standing near it quite noticeably; the coolant temp inside is fine and oil is fine so wondered if this was normal for a bigger engine?
Cheers!

I haven't owned one, but I test drove one, took a right handed quite quickly and loads of condensation water fell into the cabin...
