  1. Yea, that's the tricky bit to put it up withou smearing. Especially with spacer as that makes 2 movable parts. I might use couple of studs to keep it aligned
  2. Cheers Rich. I did read about it, that it's easy to bend sump. So once I remove it and clean it, I'll check it against flat surface. Thanks again!
  3. Thanks Alex, much appreciated. And I was gonna leave it overnight without oil, to make sure whole thing is set haha
  4. Anyone? Alex and Rich, may be you know answer to this one as well? http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/107876-oil-pick-up-bolts-size/#entry1615527
  5. P.s. How do you guys use it? As read about it and some people say apply some on the pan and leave it for a bit to slightly set and then bolt it to the car or apply and bolt it on straigh away? Also some people just make an even bead of it around whole pan and some do same and then smear it around a bit with a finger? Last time I did it, I used black RTV, applied even bead all around, left it for 20mins and then bolted it on...obviously that didn't work perfectly
  6. Awesome, thanks a lot guys! Will order it straight away!
  7. I just realised that I never fitted oil pick up spacer when i fitted my oil pan spacer, but always wondered what that aluminum block is for...and while looking at the pictures of the Stillen oil pan I realised what it's for No doubt I'm either lost 2 bolts that came with it or mixed them up with all bolts. Does anyone know what's the size of original bolts? So i can get some sourced before doing the job. Thanks all in advance
  8. I have a little, but very annoying, oil leak. I suspect 2 location: bad seal on oil sump plug or bad seal between my oil pan and AEM spacer. Done oil change and new filter on saturday, used new washer for the sump plug... but oil leak is still there, which points me more towards bad seal between oil pan and the spacer. On my net day off I'll drain all oil again and will remove oil pan and spacer and apply new sealant. Here's the question... can anyone recommend a sealant? Or any black RTV will do? Don't really want to do it ever again as doing oil change every week might get expensive
  9. Before I splash out for a new one, may be somebody has used one for sale?

Moments like that makes you appreciate what you've done Banzai will also send me "soft" copy of magazine, so I can have proper digital version of it, instead of taking pictures of the magazine haha so I think I might print them pages out as little posters as well...will be good to look back in years to come
  18. If you just want to replace flexi pipe - you can get new ones from demon tweets. Cut old ones out, weld new ones in.
