  1. Avoid being gay. They don't like it up 'em.

    They're fine with steroids though.

Well done, you can watch TV and media.

Nobody gives a flying f*#k if you're gay or whatever. Media makes it out so bad that its unreal.

I remember that documentary with Reggie Yates about being gay in Russia - what a load of bulls**t that was. Same as "being black in Russia"... they literally filmed couple of nationalist groups/protests and made it look like that stuff is going on all the time and everywhere.

I lived there for 16 years and go back there every year and never seen any bad or aggressive reaction towards gay or black people.

  2. Hi, I spent 6months over in St Petersburg and also some time in Moscow. St. Petersburg is the better city, it's older and has more character. The winter palace is a must to visit, and all the cathedrals are stunning, so id recommend to see as many as possible. Shame you'll miss the white nights, they are between June and July.

What to avoid, the underground is deep, really deep! Try to avoid it at rush hour if possible, it gets very busy and hot.

Other than that, enjoy- you'll have a great time.

    +1 on that.

Winter Palace is gorgeous! Another one for the list.

I was gonna suggest underground, but its usually quite busy. It is very deep, as it goes under the river.

  3. Its St. PetersbUrg :)

My home city and very beautiful city and unfortunately 4 days won't be enough to see even a fraction of it.

Firstly I would recommend visiting "Petergof". It's located just outside of the city on the coast of Gulf of Finland. If weather is nice, its a great place to spend whole day. Loads of old buildings to see along with gorgeous parks and loads of fountains. You can get there by car/coach or on a boat from city.

There are loads of museums and art galleries. Hermitage is world famous and one of the beautiful museums around. And its massive. I think they said if you want to stop at each picture or other thing for 5 secs, you will need like 2 weeks to look at it all

Since city is build on river Neva, there are hundreds of bridges there. At night they open large bridges so big ships can pass. It's quite spectacular and very popular thing to watch. So that's something to do at night, as well as loads of restaurants to eat. There are few very nice roof top restaurants that have amazing views.

City center is very nice, especially at night when all lights are on and there are plenty of things to see close buy as well. One of them is "Spas Na Krovi" (The Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood). Gorgeous place.

River boat trips are very good as well, so i would recommend that as well.

What dates are you going? As I'm going there in September as well for 2 weeks.

  4. Yep didn't want to sell mine but needs must last year.

Would have loved to have found a genuine buyer like yourself at the time but I had no takers so lost money trading it in against a lower value car.

I know Vlad on here did mention about possibly trading his car for an R33 that another member was selling. Whether or not that means he is even considering selling his I don't know but it couldn't hurt to ask him or send him a PM stating that if he ever does consider selling that you "may" be interested. ;)

    Just an idea.

    Thanks for mentioning me.

To be honest, I don't know what to do with it at the moment. I do fancy something new, but at same time it's my baby and I don't want to get rid of it.

If I will be selling it, I will be selling it for higher price than usual £12k ish...if it sells it sells, if it doesn't I'll keep it...or strip it. That's if I decide to sell it of course lol

Whatever you do Vlad don't rush any decision as once it's gone it's gone (as I know). :byebye::blush:

That's why I'm scared to sell it

  5. For £15 and possibility of doing long term damage to the engine? I would drain it all and fill with new genuine Nissan coolant. Doesn't take that long.

I did mine couple of years ago...just done some research prior to that on how to change and bleed coolant and was done in like 1-2hrs without any issues.

  7. I had mine for 4.5 years now and wouldn't mind a change and that 370 would be perfect! I actually really like it. I think he did a great job with it!

Totally get that & he hasn't done a bad job no. ;)

I kind of got the feeling you might be getting itchy feet when you posted in Ians thread about selling his R33. I'll just leave this thread here for you in case you do think about selling your Zed as this member is after a boosted Zed: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/108863-wanted-boosted-350z/

Haha oh don't tempt me  i do fancy a new toy...but at same time I've spent so much time, effort and money on my Zed that I don't want to sell it lol decisions decisions decisions :(

  8. I actually really want it hahaha I probably would've been on the phone to them in the morning if I wasn't planning to buy a house in near future :(

    Really??

Too much show & not enough go imo with that Zed.

Honestly I think yours is much nicer. ;)

  9. Nice bonnets but keep on top of them as some tend to go white if left without proper treatment. I'm spaying mine to match the car. :)

This is why I painted mine as well as got tired of it going white. You polish it, wax and seal it and it lasts about 2weeks and does same again lol

Now I think it looks sooo much better colour coded.
