None of what I read was incriminating. He said that the GT-R left him for dead and accelerated away from him up to about 100mph. Nothing criminal about that, unless your the GTR driver.

Today I pulled up next to a GTR at the lights. We acknowledged eachother. Then drove for a while. I briefly followed him at 30mph. The exhaust note at 30mph sounded superb from both cars.

It was fun. Both cars are nice.

I now like my zed much more than I did this morning. You could call it an epiphany.

do you mean the bite is higher or that the whole pedal is higher?

If it's the biting point, then If it's high: It's on the way out. Go for the lower one.

It is of course possible they've adjusted the pedal position to personal preference. The higher one might be "normal" in terms of bite but the overall pedal is higher up.

 

I can't accept suicide as a way out though, his poor family will be distraught over this, especially his sons. No person should do that to the people they care about, there's always another way. No doubting the guy's talents as a footballer and he always came across as a nice bloke, but I can't help but feel let down by one of my childhood heroes today. I know that's not considered a very PC viewpoint and will no doubt stir some tough feelings, but it's something I feel strongly about.

The number of days is looking like raising to 11 or 12 I think I've had the same throught process as you.

I am not sure what riding defensively is exactly, I think it might be just sticking to your line, constant pace, with sensible clothing, having lights on the bike at night etc works fine. Weaving in and out of traffic and banging on car windows I am pretty sure is tantamount to road rage.

 

It is not ok to jump lights and break the law either a. because someone else does it or b. because your interpretation dictates otherwise - I am again staggered that people can justify it in this way.

 

How many times do you see drivers get agitated when they see cyclists jumping lights, cutting across the road, riding three abreast etc and then driving erratically afterwards - and conversely seeing a driver give a cyclist total respect and space when pulling away from a red light because the cyclist stopped as well.

Maybe its about time that cyclists had to have insurance

 

It has happened to me in Twickenham, on a dual carriage way, slow moving traffic, guy cycles past me and thumps the rear window as I was too close to the kerb, in his opinion anyway, he cycles off along the road, traffic clears, I catch up with said cyclist, slows along side him, passenger lowers window, and leans out of the car and gives this chap a right good shove into the grass verge, cyclist goes ass/t1t, we p1ss ourselves laughing and slowly drift off into the distance.......Oh to be young and stupid....

I do. It worked before the car went to a garage: And now doesn't. Replaced the charger; that also doesn't work. Cue realising its the 12v sockets...

D'oh.

But. Erm. Is this not obvious? Is this not the main point of the 12v points? To actually use them?

So I'm not getting power from either the 12v behind me or the one by the passengers feet.

"coincidentally" this happened after a garage replaced the passenger side window motor. Not that I can prove it.

Logic would dictate that they've spiked something - so I imagine this is just a fuse. But I don't even know where the internal fuse box is ??

Or could it be something else?
