thanks for the help guys , maybe its the time but jsut cant get my head round how to work out what spacers id need with those wheels. Going by Jetsets offset of the Rays im thinking 35mm on the et40 wheel to get it about 30mm more than the rays sit as standard ?

Still dont get it So whats 0 offset ? one pair im looking at are "18x10 et40ish" so what would that be arch wise .. im confused

Hi Guys , Sorry about this dumb question , Been looking at some sets of wheels on eBay but not too sure of the fitment with the Z , I understand that 5X114 is the stud pattern Is the Offset the equivalent of having spacers fitted , i.e an offset of 30 is the same as having 30mm spacers on ?

What have you done about the AV Leads ( I.e only one socket ) or do you not use a KS-U30 cable in there for an ipod ? I ended up buying a splitter to stash somewere and give me 3 av in's

Couldnt see any bad stuff on Car Audio Security ! Used them before and were finem to be honest , plus went via eBay so will have a fair bit of comeback if they mess me about. called first and they said they are in stock too. Still at work so all this googling may be pushing it , will spend a bit of time looking when im home. To be fair to CAC they were fine about refund and iv had an email saying the refund has been paid within 20 mins of the phonecall, Could be a different story when i check my balence though

Hi Guys , Anyone had dealings with Car Audio Centre before ? I ordered a new headunit earlier this week but it is on a weeks back order so called to cancel it today as i need it for Wedsday. Hi Guys , Offering this as first Dibs before i put it up on eBay Its a Meos MC702B Double Din car dvd unit , It is one of those made in China models but for some reason theses Meos ones seem to sell at a higher price. Its Fully working , Full 7" Touch screen and has some really nice goodies - Radio , DVD/CD , Bluetooth Hands-free and music streaming ( Can play from and control the iPod wirelessly ) , USB Drive connection , iPod control that works with all the iPhone's as well , 3 AV Connection , rear camera input , SD Card with DivX , MP4 , Avi support ect. These China units sometimes get a bad rep but this one has done everything it says on the tin , I'm upgrading the sound system in my car so have bought a JVC at the same time otherwise I would have happily kept this. I had it connected with the standard ICT adapter and just had to wire the lives together as it wouldn't play nice with the Bose AMP on my car , easy fix already done and means you can have it on without the engine being on if you want. Hi After umming and ahhhing over whether or not to change from my China Double din to a Branded one im at the point of buying , I was looking to buy the JVC KW-AVX840 ( £360 ) and iPod adapter cable ( £35 ) , so just before i drop the cash is there anything else i should consider over the JVC , or anywhere i can get it from cheaper ? What i was looking for was custom backgrounds , rear camera ( front too if possible ) , USB , SD ( not in the JVC ) , iPhone playback , full double din screen ( I.e no buttons down the side ) This JVC didnt have SD or Enough connections for a front camera since the ipod lead uses it but it did have bluetooth built in , works with motion X and removable facia. Also could someone link me to where to get the right steering wheel control adapter for the ICT Loom ? , i know theres a link in the sticky but want to be sure its the right one for JVC Dom

What do you use on them ? The idea was to get something i can use for all sorts , exhaust bolts , wheels , odds n ends ect. Whats the deal with air guns then do you just need to buy canisters now and again ?

Cheers yeah i think the Snap-on ones are a bit out of reach ,i was hoping to only spend around £150 , mind you iv seen a few old used snap-on's on eBay at around £150.. the only other one that was a brand i had heard of was sealy which seemed to come in at around £150 new ,Anyone know if there any good ?
