  18. Using BootCamp is fine, but you need to keep the ALT/Option button pressed when booting, if you want Windows and you can't use Linux with BootCamp
  19. Linux sucks as Desktop environment, but rocks as server. For everything else use Mac OS X, preferably Mavericks 10.9
  20. Yes, on PC, not on Mac, you need rEFIt or rEFInd to chose what OS you want to boot natively. grub doesn't know EFI, just BIOS
