  1. PMs received, dealing with these today, should also have some pricing ready. Yes, they will fit the 350z, see video here: Do you guys prefer to have prices for full sets including: seats, brackets, rails and harness or just seats with optional parts?
  2. Should have some prices up today, shipping is a bit expensive since they're large items. Gary, sorry!
  3. Old part 13085-AL500 was superseded by the one with 2 holes: 13085-JK20A
  4. Hi Sam, I'll get you one for free, with your order, don't worry Part no: 13085-AL500 Item 16 here, please confirm: http://nissan4u.com/parts/350z/er_z33/2004_2/type_1/engine_mechanical/cylinder_head_rocker_cover_camshaft_and_valve_mechanism/illustration_2/ Adrian

  6. Did you look at the floorplan, Strudul. Check it out! Also the big organ room!
  7. I was ready for it, all work involved, the budget, the materials required, the conservation officer stuff, did my research, it would have been a long and costly process, but amazing house when all done, restored to her former glory The one we went for it's not bad either @Colin: I was thinking to name Strudul Project Manager, you ruined it for me!
  8. Stocking order shipped from the factory today, should be here early next week. All existing orders should be shipped the same day. Looking forward for some feedback here on the forum
  9. I wanted a Grade 2 listed house initially, unfortunately it sold before I had a chance to put an offer on. It would have been an amazing purchase with huge potential, but a lot of work required though... http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-46843024.html
  10. Finally some good news, seller has agreed to remove cooker etc to make it look like a large utility room. Property details have also been amended on the website where it's advertised. Back to speaking with lenders tomorrow, I should have some options in the afternoon.
  11. As promised, Vortech says: "We do not recommend using any other oil in our units, only our V3 oil. If you mix our oil with another type it could cause issues." Hope this helps.
  12. Just heard from the 2nd broker, no lender will consider the house until 1 kitchen has been removed. Not even the existing lender where the current owner has his mortgage from, Santander. Great. Ball is now with the seller, if he agrees to take one kitchen off, then we can proceed, if not the house will never sell, basically. Stupid policies and regulations! Argh!
  13. Now on sale, 12 kits ready to ship for next day delivery. https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/350z/intakes/intakes-system/262-350z-de-jwt-pop-charger-intake-kit-p3503-1xcn7.html
  14. Edit: Read the label on the Oil bottle above. Using a different oil even for flushing will void any existing warranty, in case that applies to you.
  15. I'll email Frank@Vortech now and get you an answer hopefully by the end of today.
  16. K&N filters, HKS filters and Stillen Gen 3 intakes all in stock, if you'd like to buy new
  17. It's crazy, so many silly rules and policies...
  18. It's a huge house with 2 entrances, 2 kitchens, it makes it very easy to make it as 2 separate houses and rent half of it out. I even made plans to convert one kitchen into utility room and the other to combine it with one sitting room into one large open plan kitchen. Both kitchens are also big-ish, fully equipped backing into each other.
  19. You'd think it's only a particular case... http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4199801 https://www.theguardian.com/money/2015/jun/18/will-a-second-kitchen-cut-our-chances-of-getting-a-mortgage http://www.ns-fs.co.uk/MORTGAGE-ON-A-PROPERTY-WITH-TWO-KITCHENS.html http://www.homemove.co.uk/forums/peculiar-reason-for-declining-a-mortgage-3395.html http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=2511281#5
  20. Well, at least you're on the right path and it's only a waiting game. In my case it suddenly became funny, very funny. The lender changed its mind as the house we had the offer accepted has 2 kitchens. That's right, this is the reason, 2 kitchens is a big NO, NO?!!@WTF!?! Broker found 2-3 alternatives, I should hear from him again tomorrow. Good luck and hope you'll be in the new house very soon!
  21. 370z link here: https://www.torqen.uk/specials/sprint-booster/nissan/9302-370z-sprint-booster-v3-rsbj371.html 350z link here: https://www.torqen.uk/specials/sprint-booster/nissan/9301-350z-sprint-booster-v3-rsbj351.html
  22. Not specifically. You have a full exhaust system anyway, right?
  23. There's a leak, needs some thicker gaskets
