    Happy Bunny!

Hes got a pricing list for all different cars, but mines were £120. Hes good though, does the dotted thing round the edges where a lot of others would leave a whiteish border. Quite fidly also to get to those quarter windows cos' its just a kinda bulkhead with the speakers, but he did it. I recommend him highly...and so do most round the North/South Lanarkshire area
  2. You can delete this if you want after I get help lol! Tried to put my name on and it says An error occurred The number of opening quote tags does not match the number of closing quote tags. I just copied and pasted all the rest and added me at the bottom or do I need to do something else. help...please ...ta

Limo tint. Completely black. (see out them fine though), hides the rest of the boot, makes me feel 'less naked' as i'm used to them in the old car lol and they blend in with the black pillar behind the drivers door

All my mods complete...(short list I know but hey...). Just waiting on the docs for my Regy and were sorted.

    So gutted :(

Glad to hear your ok! Thats the main thing!
  8. Never heard mine yet... is it the horn or a seperate sound? More to the point how do I switch it off lol. My last car you just hit the unlock button on the fob
  9. 28.... I had that... breifly lol Settled on 22... mmmm. Also the point is... just for the sake of it. Buying cars likes these is not on your head. Otherwise you'd be living in a caravan with a 'pay meter' TV that you drop coins into.... oooh think of the savings... You buy it cos' you WANT it ... and thats all that really should matter... otherwise you could just well be another person buying a fancy car that knows he haw about it and doesn't use it except for the 'badge appeal' lol (this is not aimed at you yankeesiter... just answering the question lol).
  10. The topic of this thread perplexs me... don't speed simple and if your worried about your right foot... why'd you buy a Z lol
  11. 370Z Roadster, grey by the looks of it, fleeting glance on the M8 about 7:25am lol (heading edinburghwards')
  12. It'll always be on, and a little ESP light will be shown if its off. I agree with Ekona, I've gave it a bit on dry/wet and icy roads and you don't see it. You need to be a bit of a thug to get it to come on. I floored it in 2nd on wet road outside my friends for a second, light goes on... power goes off and you get nothing then it gently lets you back into the power lol
  13. Think mines will stay on until the spring lol... unless I find an big empty space...where I may be persuaded to learn what it does lol Having said that I've had mine out in the freezing weather here and it is (as long as your not stupid) fairly stable even on wet and icy roads.
  14. What are the Falken 452's like in the snow?... as this (besides heavy snow stuff..which will be train material lol) will be whats on for this years winter.
  15. Yeah I don't see me 'relying' on it to save my bacon if it goes wrong... more a ..."watch what your doin m8"..kinda ESP lol. dunno if you can switch it off while driving...I would assume so. If you turn it off (the car) it'll come back on when you re-start the engine... or push it back on.
  16. Put it this way, I put my foot half way down on the pedal ... in 3rd gear, greasy road... with the intention to see what it does...with the ESP on... and christ it showed me , kicked out no problem at all. God only knows what it could do if you turned it off, haven't been brave enough yet.... lol
  17. I changed my car there and paid like £20 up until the 13th of this month when it renews but I was able to pay the full year too. when I checked the new prices online the quote they gave me over the phone was even better... £200+ cheaper! Surprised I was... lol Whatever you do... pay it in full if you can...some companies charge up to £400 more for DDEB!
  18. Thats not bad, I'm soon to be 27, 3points (well there off but still needing to declare for another 2 yr ) and also a crash in the last 5 year. 2 yrs NCB. £1060. So yours is not bad at all, especially for a 24 year old. Admiral have done me good, my old car the price kept tumbling at renewal
  19. Hmmm, not bad article. for the record I'll be 27 soon. And I think it does depend on your attitude and how you see or ..have seen things. I grew up liking cars a lot, my papa worked in an auction place so I got to see loads, watched plenty of TV about it, still have that eager 'need' to have a little play and push on but having a grounded head is a bonus for anyone I think. Not to say I might not get caught speeding but you won't catch me sitting behind you... weeving from side to side in a clapped out vectra with 4 other 'fred perrys' in the passenger seats lol. Dunno what good a years testing would do if you still see idiots yourself or know driving like lunatics. the retest thing for every one though would do my head in so none of that lol elderly?... well I think its down to mindset again and personality. I know some friends you may consider 'neds'... or 'chavs' if your down south and they drive 'great' so to speak, my papa is elderly (70ish) but he likes his cars so isn't an idiot but isn't a 20mph micra driver either. Personally its down to the persons mindset, personality I think. Otherwise health is an issue too. But you can look like a t*t or be old and still drive fine. So I don't think constant testing is the answer. A respect for what your doing would be better taught...and what your driving is a tonne plus of metal at speed and if you get it wrong... well.... a persons inbuilt 'stay safe' system should kick in... sometimes though I feel people ignore it too much. lol God I feel old after that wee rant
  20. I know, very happy. Yes I should.. think up here its gonna be dry the next 2 days.... lol. Gonna be hell during the winter though and more than likely the snow, but dammit we'll keep it in top nick. Prob end up having to wash it a lot...damn gritters. Although I also want them... as this has to get me to work...and I hate trains lol
  21. Coupla' better ones... its sunny and the only proper wash its had since new really... so aye...photos lol
  22. Ooooh... nice lol Cheers! No it def works fine, speakers ok it just did sound like it was adjusting... didn't think it had such a thing
  23. Ok, so its been wet, icy, etc... my Bose so far has been great. Although, dunno if its meant to do this on purpose... the music can get louder then quieter sometimes and I didn't know if it was adjusting to the cabin noise...say..if I go faster etc. Doesn't cut the music or annoy just... you can hear a difference in it changing volume sometimes lol Anyone else? Is it meant to do this lol
  24. Still got its plate to put on, windows being tinted at the rear on Monday and about to get a short aerial of steve lol. So some stock piccys of it washed this morning at a friends...
  25. "may have".. lol! How do you accidently order something haha. I've managed to get one m8 but thanks. Not used it yet though. Did you get a clear coat thing with it at all?
